The Altair hotel was amazing. So clean. The pool does have music blasting all day which is refreshing. The pool area is cleaned every night and again in the morning. The girls clean all the railing daily. the pool area closed about 6 pm. This was the best most relaxing holiday I have had. On the last day you can request the shower room ( we did not know about this, would have been helpful to be advised of this). the side door is locked from 7pm there is a key pad (code to get in again we were not told about that either for the full week we were there we had to use the main entrance, being told about the key pad and code would have been easier too. Would I go back to this hotel. yes. Definitely.

Had a lovely stay at hotel ....there is a lift .from ground floor to reception area .. But.no lift up to.pool area About 20 steps to carry your suit case up ....but then.lifts to all floors I was in 1004b .lovely spacious room Spotless through out Bedroom nice size plenty wardrobe space / safe in wardrobe which is €25 you get €5 back in check out My only moan ..is the pillows..awfull .used cushion off sofa Walk in shower which fab Kitchen great / fridge / hob/ toaster / micro ... .balcony nice size and lovely views Pool area nice / bar / inside eating area nice size ... There are not that many sunbeds / but cam use hotel next door which lovely size ( there is a connecting bridge takes uou to hotel ) Both pools clean There is a shop in reception which is a tad in expensive side but handy if run out anything All staff very friendly / happy / willing to help if they can Staff all a credit to the hotel from. Reception/ bar staff / pool attendant/ house keeping ..entertainment Thankyou all

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, well equipped kitchen area and good shower , large balcony with patio doors. Lovely clean pool area with whirlpool, great snack bar , with decent prices. Just had 12 night stay and my husband and son will be back in November.

My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous 14 night stay at this resort . To an extent , I can understand the gripe that A/C is not available and that the price of basic food at the pool is a bit pricey but overall the pros certainly outweigh the cons . The apar**ents are bright, modern , spacious and spotlessly clean due to cleaners coming in every 2 days . There are plenty of beds around the pool and the a**osphere is always cheery and relaxed . Must pay special thanks to Jessica, Alinda and Havi for their attention and friendly efficiency behind the Bar and Restaurant . Around the pool area , one of the Sos service personnel, Andi , was always on hand to help with the pool beds, getting Sun umbrellas, carrying luggage and helping deliver food to the food tables surrounding the pool area . Without being asked he was always on hand and always willing to go the extra yard. Gem. Entertainment was provided every night and was enjoyed by all . Looking forward to our return trip.

The location and the staff of the cala d'or is excellent... Ya could not fault it. However the WiFi was a big let down it never worked in the apar**ents and was very jumpy even when around the pool which was the best location for WiFi and although your on holidays everyone in the world nowadays use their phones to do everything. The prices of the food in the pool bar should also be looked at, a small breakfast was quite expensive which would put you off going there when u can get it a lot less in several businesses down in the main centre which is just a 10 min walk away.

Fabulous couple of hotels… we have stayed in both over the past couple of years. We would certainly go back as there is nothing we can’t fault on both hotels. Staff are sooo friendly. Facilities are of a high standard and rooms are kept very clean. The hotels don’t have air con.. they are on a hill… so there are steep steps to get up and down to the commercial centre but we were aware of this and not a problem to us. Taxis are extremely cheap.. 3.50 euros at most…don’t be put off by other stories in these hotels… they are 👍great. We will be back x

Another amazing stay at Cala D Or. Within walking distance of the centre and a €4 taxi back up. Rooms, pool area and communal parts of the hotel extremely clean and tidy. Never had a problem getting a sunbed no matter what time of the day we went down at. Entertainment every night too, all round another great stay we can’t wait to get back.

Great place come every year,but bar is very price.so is ice lollies etc shame they should drop there prices entertainment never many people watching because off prices.plus people using hotel room towels around pool should not be allowed to do so.
