Grupotel Revoli

We booked this hotel as a last minute cheap get away. So we had absolutely no high expectations, but was very impressed - we’re a family of four. Two adults & two children - 7&14. We found the hotel very clean, our rooms were immaculate - cleaned every other day, the balcony is huge and has a lovely view. The staff were always very friendly, very polite and helpful. Sunbeds were always available, the lifeguards were very friendly and great with the kids. You can Que for the 9am pool opening time to get a sunbed, and then the pool closes at 7pm. The pool is very clean, and the area kept spotless. Also there is a small kids pool for little ones. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant- we did have snacks - chips €3 and pizzas but one get one half price - two pizzas €13. Onsite shop is really good, and not over priced like some onsite hotel shops. If you go out of the hotel and turn left there’s a little supermarket. If you turn right, go down the hill there’s a bus station - easy to figure out, puerto de mogan is definitely worth a visit, and grab a taxi to Amadores beach for €6 it’s stunning. We booked the 4 hour boat trip to see the dolphins, well worth it it’s more like 5 hours - take snacks incase you don’t like the food they offer. The only downside we found with the hotel, our beds were very uncomfortable the beds are rock hard & the evening music was very loud until 11pm - we expect evening entertainment to be on till late which is absolutely fine, but just found for us it was just too loud. We did attend one evening of entertainment and it was very good, the staff work very hard & it shows.

I have visited your hotel for past 15 years, but found your bar man at pool bar who works 3 till eleven, very very rude, will not return now, also spoke down to a lady regarding ice cream,he is also in contact with a girl[cant call her a lady] from liverpool

Brilliant hotel, large rooms, big balconies, huge pool cleaned every night and all tiles and sunbeds cleaned every night, kids discos every night 8 to 8.45 and entertainment 3 times a week, acrobats and dancers Friday sat so really good fun. The guy that did the kids stuff and all the pool games and yoga etc was brilliant with everyone, tried hard to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone and he succeeded, our 4 year old granddaughter had a great time. Pool bar staff amazing, they work so hard throughout the day and night especially when it’s happy hour and there might only be one bar man on and still friendly and fast getting drinks. Breakfast was good value but evening meal which we paid extra for one night was really poor to be honest and really needs thought out a bit more but the pool bar food was amazing and brilliantly presented, ate there a few times. Life guard always on the go never rested for long making sure everyone safe. Really good with the kids again as well. Yes they could do with some maintenance on this hotel like others have said and some cleaners were really good and others it was a quick wipe round, empty bin and out the door, but honestly all other staff amazing couldn’t do enough for you and really are holding this hotel up, we’ve never gone to the same hotel twice yet already booked again for revoli next year and can’t wait to visit again.

On arrival wardrobe doors broken, shower flooded, no top sheet on bed just an empty small duvet cover, dirty apartment and all pots and glasses dirty. Food terrible - maids hospitable and Reception staff OK- Assistant Director very rude and ineffective TUI REP. Photos don't lie....

The hotel is lovely, clean and affordable. It is situated half way up a steep hill, but it is manageable getting to and from the beach, shopping centre, bars etc. It also has a lovely pool area, and there are no issues finding a sunbed. The food was actually really nice, I'm a little fussy with certain foods but compared to other hotel buffet style food it was really good. The snack bar also offers great quality food for when you need a break from all the swimming! At night, there is a happy hour which allows you to get buy one get one free on drink which is great. The entertainment is also fab, from kids mini disco, to quizzes and a lot of adult fun too! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, families and even those travelling alone - the staff take great care of you. We are leaving tomorrow but are so glad we chose the Revoli - thanks 😊

Fantastic appartments lovely and clean..pool nice and warm too.David the lifeguard is fantastic watching closely all day..on the ball ..snack bar nice food ..but closed at 6 pm..so a 15 min walk to eat after that time.wish they had smaller snacks

Fantastic hotel soo clean all staff are very friendly especially David the life guard he’s amazing a credit to the hotel 5 star from us also Fabian the entertainment guy he’s fantastic with the kids we traveled with 5 kids and they have both been amazing with them all definitely returning next year ❤️

Just returned after 2 weeks at this excellent hotel. It cannot be faulted. Our 4th visit to this Hotel. The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the friendly girls who work tirelessly throughout the day. All the staff are so friendly and helpful in all areas of the Hotel. Must commend reception staff , Paco and all on reception friendly and always eager to help. The pool bar staff again work tirelessly, big mention to Silviu, saved my Kindle a couple of years ago !! , and Alexis despite always working hard and under pressure always have a smile and great sense of humour. Also big mention to David the lifeguard ,incredible guy, watching everything around the pool and amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all cannot recommend this hotel enough and it’s friendly staff. Without doubt we will be back.

Really enjoyed our 10 night stay. Had a pool view room as some rooms face a stonewall. Rooms are spotlessly clean. We did a bit of cooking,limited sauce pans etc but can manage. Sun-beds plentiful . The staff are very helpful, a special mention to our wonderful cleaning lady Mary Pino.. what a delight happy,smiling what a great employee for this business. Use the Spar supermarket for you holiday needs it’s fabulous. Also at the Spar you can grab an amazing sandwich and a coffee sat outside in small cafe are for about€3. Will definitely return. Went 22 April the weather was fabulous.
