Bien entre amigos

Schöne Lage direkt am Privatstrand. Weg zum Strand führt über Steg mit angelegten Teichen mit Enten und Vögeln. Schöne Gartenanlage. Zimmerausstattung einfach und ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Voralpen Badezimmer sollten aufgefrischt werden. Wifi gegen Gebühr ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss und sollte inklusive sein. Alkoholische Getränke im All-inklusive Angebot sind eher billiger und niedriger Qualität. Für bessere Qualität zahlt man zusätzlich. Das Essen ist ausreichend, manchmal fehlt die Frische und Qualität. Personal ist freundlich und machen gute Arbeit. Das Hotel hat Potential aber sicher noch Luft nach oben.

This hostel is a place for people of 70 and 80 years old, not for young people, they don't play good music, you need a waitress, I don't like you, I expected something better

This a place that wouldn’t want to revisit. Someone had a key to my room and opened the door. I yelled out why are you opening my door they apologize and then left. The food wasn’t all that, the place should be updated. You had to ask for towels and water.

Property let us check in early which was much appreciated. We had requested 2 double beds in our booking and were given one queen bed upon checking, stating we hadn't made it clear with the hotel that we wanted 2, even though our booking stated 2 double beds. However, we were given 2 double beds the next day. Food was not the greatest quality, but the fruit was top notch. Also, alcoholic drinks were just okay. Beach chairs and beach were nice.

Food was horrible. Drinks were horrible. My fiancé and a couple of other people got sick from the food. Rooms were outdated and not clean. Parts of the resort were also not clean. The entertainment was great and we met a lot of great people. We will not be back.

The hidden fees are the biggest disappointment. 1. WiFi daily fee, per device(It didn’t work half of the time) 2. Guest fee was $82 a person daily, if someone even visits you. 3. Room safe usage fee (Never heard of before) 4. The lobby was the only update part of the property. 5. This hotel is a 3 star tops…

The most important thing is that the WiFi connection was not working good had to get it redone every day and having to pay 3.00 a day for Internet, that was not working good cutting off in the rooms and not working around the property…. and the rooms was hot water was not working had to call to get out water.. and when it was raining water was dripping in my room and the key card stopped working 3 times and I didn’t have by my phone….. so not a very good place.. we are not recommended to anyone

Relatively nice quiet property. Staff is very nice and tries hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The buffet food selection is minimal, and often, things like bacon and ketchup are rare or missing from breakfast. The beach was kept clean, and they have a reasonable amount of beds and sun shades available. This resort did not have any pool or beach drink service which came as a surprise for an all inclusive. Overall our stay was enjoyed, and we felt very safe here.
