This is the first resort that we didn’t have to wear wristbands all week, or have towel cards for. We could always find a chair because of a towel was left on one for too long without any sign of a person, the staff took it. We also didn’t have to have reservations for the ala cart restaurants except the Italian. Roberto’s margaritas at the pool bar were fresh and amazing. This was the most chill resort we have been too and I loved it. Rooms are gorgeous and staff are happy.

Great Place!! Great Food!!
Super Bowl Party was Great!! Fee of ($50.00) was a little high per person to save a table to watch the game we had 13 people $650.00 for hot dogs and hamburgers.
The only thing would be have Music & activities at the pools.
Mojito Bar DJ should start earlier than 11pm

The rating given on ******* of 7.8/10 is very accurate. It’s not an amazing resort but it’s most certainly not horrible. The main restaurant spoons wasn’t good. The other restaurants were great. Staff are a 9.5/10. Pools were chilly but you acclimate quick on a warm day. They ran out of some alcohol and it was never replenished a week later. I wouldn’t hurry back to this resort but if someone said we are going I would be in easily.

We had a great time on our second honeymoon. Food it’s great with lots of options. Great variety of places to relax and things to have fun. Great pools and cabanas (on beach and by the pool). We didn’t do any of the activities within the resort but did some easy excursions through ******* that picked us up from the hotel. It’s a great place for bigger kids (at least grade school) and overall a great value.

The property was well maintained and beautiful. The food was also very good in the buffets and restaurants. I didnt care for the pizza place, the sauce was not what i was used to but brick oven stove was a nice touch. The rooms were very spacious but the pull out couch bed was so thin we needed to change our room to 2 beds since it was so uncomfortable. Our jets didnt work in our tub and my kids were excited to use them but we didnt want to have to move to a new room again. The beach was sooo small but the day beds were nice to use and watch the water. Overall relwxing environment.

We have been to many all inclusive resorts in Mexico. Azul was just "okay." The food was good but it was just between a couple restaurants. The staff and bartenders were not nearly as nice and enthusiastic as other resorts especially if you didn't tip every single time. We had an alright time but wouldn't return.
