- Low level of cleaning. The apar**ent was tired, all basic and in need of some TLC.

We had a great stay! Everything was up to standard for the price we paid! The location was super and so close to everything! Will definitely return! Room was cleaned 4 out for 5 days! Pool was lovely and had good value for money cocktails at the pool bar

Great location 5 minutes from everything. Apar**ents are a good size although a bit dated. Staff helpful and friendly. Good size pool with pool bar. Beds very comfortable. Would benefit with better lounge furniture. Plenty of hanging space and storage.

Check your bedsheets before you settle in. This place offers no cleaning service on Wednesdays or Sundays. Can be boring in the evening if travelling with young children. Very central location and accessible to all amenities. Most staff ar lovely. Poor selection of tv stations however a holiday rep advises this is a problem on the island. Overall a positive experience however there are definate areas for improvement including cleanliness, onsite day and evening entertainment, onside access to restaurant/bar.

UPDATE,,just had our 3rd stay and booked our 4th,, Excellent apar**ents and ideal location for both old and new Town.. can't fault them at all..staff are excellent from the reception right through to the housekeepers..fantastic pools and facilities..can't wait to go back in May

our apar**ent was lovely, very clean, it has basic things in it but all you need for a holiday, unless you plan on doing a lot cooking! we loved our apar**ent, it had a lovely little garden and we would like to go next year and book same apar**ent. the location is excellent, everywhere you may need to get to is a short walk away, the back door on the complex leading to the shopping centre is good too as saved a walk around the slight hill. staff were friendly and helpful, we had housekeeping change towels when we left the door hanger to request it and floors were swept and cleaned. pool areas were nice ,there is 2 pools but we didn't use them as prefer the beach. i would highly recommend these apar**ents , especially if you have no intention of hiring a car. bus stops to get to other towns also close by. thankyou to all the staff here, we had a great stay

Thanks for a beautiful stay. Apar**ent was perfect, spacious, clean, light & airy. Two balconies were such a treat, got sunshine all day long. Sea views were also such an added bonus. Enjoyed all aspects of our stay. We will be back again. The pool area was so quiet, nobody out reserving sun loungers, literally just the sound of the breeze rustling through the palm trees, pure relaxation.

We had a difficult holiday as we had no luggage for 4 days thanks to Jet2 however the staff did everything they could to help. The pool bar staff were brilliant tried so hard to make us laugh, very pleasant and polite, receptionists were very kind, room 316 was overlooking the road so was noisy. Food at pool bar was nice pool very quiet clean and tidy.

We couldn’t have more disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the apar**ent, the general condition is extremely dirty. We did all the things your supposed to do, we contacted the reception desk and our holiday representative, none of which made any difference. I’ve taken photographs as proof of what we experienced and sent them to our Jet2 Holidays representative who appeared to be shocked. This accommodation is nowhere near good enough to be on offer as a holiday destination. On the positive side, I have to offer our praise to the gardener who takes great care to keep the grounds in an immaculate condition & the location of the apar**ents are good however none of this can compensate for what we experienced in the apar**ent.
