Hotel was excellent with everything! Clean rooms / fast elevator / very good breakfast Close to everything / very nice staff

All was as good as we had expected having been there 51 years previously all that was said about the hotel was right except the animation was pretty poor. Pool now slightly smaller, the food selection was just right Not much more to say , give it a try

Absolutely dreadful from the time we got there! Rude staff. Terrible food catered only for French and German.Cold Chips and Beans.. ved was rock hard.no headboard on single bed. Entertainment was boring and only for an hr!. Alcohol watered down.Don't ask for a cocktail as it comes out of a machine....very clean though. Never will I go there again...aria is lovely though

Not for families or anyone with walking issues, good for fit and healthy people that are enjoying there retirement

Alcohol cocktails are very bad, without alcohol, only with cola or other soft drinks, learn make good coctails or make them stronger.

It will be a long review, so just to summarise it: 1) if you are a British traveller who is used to traditional Spanish hotels with “lots to do in the hotel” and if you like your time by the pool - do not go. 2) if you travel with kids- don’t bother too. 3) if you are a solo or couple who wants to explore beautiful surroundings and does not mind the hotel much- read the review. Location: The hotel is in a lovely location if you want to explore a beauty of North Tenerife. The hotel is close by to a seafront and NOT the beach. Even though it is called “playa” it is just a seafront with no proper access to the water, no facilities and nothing else which you would call otherwise a beach but it is nice to walk around and just enjoy the views. Nearest beach which can be called a beach is Playa Jardin ( 25 min walk) but I would recommend one a bit further called Maria Jimenez (10 min taxi). large supermarket with fresh food is opposite the hotel. Room: spacious and clean, very comfy bed, nice balcony. The bedding however has not been changed once in 6 days. Shower in bath leaking. Food: poor. You can find a dish or two which will be nice but not enough beef, seafood, mainly pork. I would suggest you try gofio and their gazpacho with canaries potatoes. My son however got a food poisoning/stomach bug and was very ill with vomiting and fever for 2 days. As all inclusive guests we have not been eating or drinking elsewhere so it must have come from the hotel. Overall I probably would not recommend all inclusive option in this hotel anyway. I barely drink alcohol, had only one cocktail to try and it also tasted awful. They also do not have a menu for drinks in a restaurant or the lobby bar so you do not know what to expect and need to ask or go to some kind of a website which also has not much info. The lady from the pool bar almost refused a second bottle of water to me having an audacity to tell me only one per room and that is knowing that I did not have a single other drink from the pool bar at all on all inclusive basis. Cakes were lovely but repetative. Pool: the worst part of the hotel. It is a disgrace really. It is so small for such a big hotel and the area is so poor with a fake grass layout deck. Looks like somebody’s back yard than a pool area. We did not go there once after seeing the area. The only thing which has saved me and my child from a total misery of this holiday is that the hotel is not too far from Lago Martianez: an amazing pool complex costing 5 euros to entry. If I would know how much money I would need to pay on top of all inclusive holidays, I would have had booked a much better hotel which would still be cheaper at the end. People: staff in reception and restaurant are lovely, polite, professional. Entertainment: almost non existent with some singers at eve. Absolutely nothing for kids. I think if this hotel would be advertised as 3 stars then I would not be so dissappointed. Also should be adults only as nothing t

First day arriving at 7:35 pm, went to room drop off cases , Went down for food omg not much choice to eat landed having a chip Roll, I needed water so helped my self only to have it snatched out of my hand and was told to go bye it , ALINCLUSIVE mind, we left went to look for water in shop , Morning Went down for breakfast omg not much choice once again , eggs not cooked membrain was not cooked so asked if 2 could be cooked for me only to be told waite , wated no eggs , beans cold and like water , left went to bye breakfast , Afternoon Dinner no better not much choice once again and food was cold , went to report it to reception as rep not there till next day , so off we went for dinner , Evening meal Omg first time we ate there food hot and a bit more selection , Morning Back to normal Cold food could not eat , waited for rep complain, Out for food again to come back to plate fruit and bottle plonk for out troubles , Mind rep closed our complaint thinking this was expectable no way was it , No entertainment uses you were 75/85 years old , pool bar cold food not cooked properly, no tea coffee in day unless it’s pool bar small paper cups , nothing there for teens or younger children , no play area at all , needs 3 lady’s over 60 2 disabled 2, single beds 1, pop up bed omg our backs killed , no tv all week only for them to come last night to replace it , ANYONE THINKING of going t to this hotel DONT they don’t like brits, the tui rep is only for that country people . Take note BE LIVE EXPERIENCE OROTAVA what a experience dJUST DONT GO THERE

1st ever review. What a disappointment. Was told there was a mini disco, but all there was is a face painter for half an hour twice a week. Food was hit and miss, we found we had to come as the restaurant opened, just to get hot food Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good location, buts that's all it has going for it. Unless you are over 65 and Spanish, this hotel is not good for you and definitely a no If you have kids.
