Stayed here for a 4 night holiday - lovely hotel with all the amenities needed - the staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food was plentiful with choices for most people - the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The two pools were cold at first but you get used to them, the spa on the rooftop has amazing views and all facilities needed. Hotel is a 10 min walk to a lovely sandy coved beach with lifeguards on duty all day. The port out at Portocolom is half a mile or so walk and stretches for over a mile with little bars and a few shops. Portocolom is a relaxing resort and it’s been made more relaxing with this great place to stay.

Our 5th visit in 7 years to this lovely hotel. The staff - many of whom we remember from previous visits - are friendly, efficient and happy in their work. The restaurant and bar staff are especially efficient and so polite. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and again the domestic staff are engaging and polite. This time we chose a sea facing room with large terrace, such a wonderful setting to watch the sun go down. The whole place is just so peaceful with plenty of areas for sunbathing and relaxing. We especially like the garden area and nowhere is ever crowded despite the number of people in residence. The food and drinks selection is plentiful and varied and we have nothing but praise for the quality and presentation of all that is on offer every day. It was nice to see the manager frequently on show overseeing his staff and answering any guests questions. It would be nice if it was easier to get from the rocks into the sea via the steps, perhaps with the addition of some hand rails. Otherwise a little too precarious to tackle. All in all another wonderful 2 weeks at JS Cape Colom.

What a wonderful place, so calm and quiet, exactly what I was hoping for. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful but also extremely professional. The food was lovely, so much choice. The grounds and view are gorgeous. I travelled with my Mum, we just wanted to relax, sunbathe and swim and it was the perfect spot. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away, and it again is beautiful with a lovely bar/restaurant which I would also highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel very clean the food was very good all the staff were so friendly and the views are stunning it is just perfect.porto colom is a beautiful little place with plenty of lovely restaurants and a gorgeous beach .I would recommend this hotel and I can't wait to go back

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? An absolute gem of a place for anyone searching for a relaxing, quiet time away. Location, superb, portocolom is perhaps how the rest of Mallorca should be. Hotel, definitely a lovely place, reception outstanding, as is the Mirador and gym on the top floor, rooms more than adequate (ours 116 was huge with a beautiful view) Outside space, probably the best I've had the experience of, little hidden spots, sun beds everywhere, 2 pools, and cliffs to jump into the sea. Staff, a credit to the hotel, from the director, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance guy and the lifeguard I've rarely seen friendlier people who went above and beyond especially if you managed to speak any Spanish to them. Whilst we usually take our children away with us, this time a week of nothingness with just my wife and I, js Cape Colom was the best tonic we could have hoped for. Thanks to everyone of the staff, fellow guests and portocolom for the memories. Keep up the great work, hard work will bring great rewards

This is a brilliant hotel with magnificent views. All the Staff are lovely & very helpful. Room's very clean as is the hotel. Food different every day. This is the fourth time we have stayed at JS Cape Colom and would highly recommend. When travelling to this hotel from Palma Airport it's best to take a private transfer as it only takes approximately 45 minutes by car.

We have been to Cape Colom Hotel many times and had a great time as usual. Staff very friendly from Miguel on reception to Annette in the bar and the cleaning staff, every single one of them. In our room we could have done a small set of drawers. The microwave in restaurant is good addition as we prefer our food to be hot. Sometimes chilly in restaurant as was in the seated area in bar, especially with open door. Could have done with more cold meats at lunchtime.

This was my second visit here and I've got to say it is still a great hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and the food is nice. My only complaint would be that the entertainment could be better but this hotel is still great value for money.

The hotel is a dream its stunning very quiet and relaxing,set overlooking the sea , we were so surprised that it was only 3 star as it seemed it should have been atlesst a 4 star. The staff went above and beyond, always very happy and helpful . The all inclusive option was amazing .a lot of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Room was spotless , hotel itself was spotless clean too . Cleaners cleaned our room every day even though we only stayed 3 nights . We arrived late at 11.30pm and the staff had food prepared for us and got us a drink even though the bar was closed. Special thanks to Mada who is an absolute gem and the lovely blonde girl who worked at the bar . Fantastic hotel , very quiet location. Don't hesitate to book!
