Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. The rest of any review is irrelevant, it would be like writing a review about a hotel without any air.

This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile. The whole facility looks tired and decaying - avoid this hotel.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

Hotel !! Bueno linda vista lo mejor que tiene es la atención,a destacar recepción Daniel muy atento te recomienda restaurante te ayuda con paseos servicios de primera muy profesional 😊 aseo muy bueno Desayuno suficiente te dan un pequeño lunch para paseos de madrugada El equipo del hotel lo sentí como familia Gracias a todos !!!

Um misto de sentimentos… A principio ficamos encantadas com a vista. Ate o primeiro banho, ficamos 2 dias sem tomar banho, sem agua, depois agua gelada. Ao reclamar com o funcionário Xavier tivemos a seguinte resposta, nada será feito agora e problema seu, gostando ou não. Aquecedor do quarto não esquenta a noite, tivemos que comprar do nosso bolso uma coberta. Nunca trocaram a roupa de cama ou toalhas, papel higiênico tivemos que pedir na recepção, pois não era reposto e ainda achei uma garrafa do hospede anterior. Tirando a vista e os funcionários Daniel e Tiene descrevo essa estadia como um caos
