The staff at the front desk has a very good attitude. Opening and closing the Wwidows in room was difficult.

酒店地点很方便，從机場坐巴士再轉另一巴士很容易，因為巴士上顯示所有站名及到站点，所有 65歲+不用付費（巴士、地鐵和电車）包括遊客！ 或坐Airport Express (AE) 巴士轉电車去酒店，步行不到五分鐘便到巴士站或电車站，很多路綫選擇。步行到橋頭也不到十分鐘，雖然是Charles Bridge 旁边的一條橋，但是步行去old town相當舒服方便。附近不到十分鐘還有上Petrin Tower 的纜車站！
早歺也相當足夠，全是歐洲早点包括火腿芝士，也有水果供应。
可以問前台借用电水煲，自己煲水很方便！
只是旁边有电車雜音，但晚上關上窗便可以！

Excellent value for money. Reasonably good location - near some attractions, but ~25min walk from the main Old Town (Staroměstska). Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and included many toiletries. The only minor problem was that our shower head would swivel randomly and the temperature dial was a bit unpredictable, but these were extremely minor issues.

The hotel is a few mins in taxi from the Praha lh.n train station. The area is safe and quiet in general with restaurants, cafeterias, and stores. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Churches and other places of interest are at walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included. Food options were very good, warm and well served. The ladies of the restaurant do a great job. We will definitely go back.

Good, clean hotel in a great location. Added security measures of having to use your room card to access lift & corridors was good. Breakfast ok not great but typical of what you get in Prague.

This hotel is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it! It was very affordable and in a great location! It was a 20-30 minute tram ride from the international airport and the main train station. It was only 2 blocks off of the river and it was a beautiful and safe, 15 mins walk into the Old Town, across the bridge where all of the evening action takes place. It is also walking distance to the Prague Castle, which is a must-see. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent! The front desk people spoke English and were very helpful.
I will be booking this hotel when I come back to Prague again!
