Good accom for a few nights

プラハ中央駅から徒歩20分。旧市街の中にあり、夜中でも大音量の音楽が流れ、人が大騒ぎしています。とても眠れません。深夜に男が大声で叫びながら何かを破壊しているなど、治安も悪く、うるさすぎてホテルの立地としては最悪でした。窓を開けたくてもものすごくうるさいので厳しいです。 　また、部屋では、寝ている人がいるのにもかかわらずわざと部屋の電気をつけてそのまま退出する嫌がらせをする人物や、大きないびきで他の宿泊客の睡眠を妨害する者などがおり、民度も最悪でした。 　総じて非常に不愉快なホステルであり、プラハ滞在がひどいものとなりました。

位置非常好，下樓就是最繁華的景點，咖啡館，餐館隨處可見，房間衞生乾淨，服務人員態度很友好。強烈推薦。

During my stay (room 301), I was a victim of bed bug bites, an issue I had never experienced before. That night was the only one I slept without socks, and I woke up with 34 bites in total, five of which were on my foot alone. It is evident that these bites occurred during my sleep in your facility, and certainly not while I was out exploring Prague, as they insinuated. I immediately reported the incident, but the management's behavior was unacceptable. After contacting them, they responded the next day, saying they would resolve the issue within 5 business days. They never followed up. It took 16 days to receive a response after my follow-up, which is an entirely unjustified delay. When they finally replied, they denied the possibility that the bites occurred in their facility, claiming that no traces of bed bugs were found during their "inspection." However, it is well known that bed bugs hide in cracks and crevices in furniture, coming out only at night, attracted by body heat. It is therefore understandable that they didn’t find anything, but this does not rule out the problem. They also requested a medical certificate to confirm the cause of the bites, fully knowing that, after so many days, the lesions had already healed. Requesting medical documentation, knowing it would be impossible to obtain at that point, seemed like nothing more than a way to avoid responsibility instead of addressing the problem. After replying to their email with further details, they completely ignored me and never communicated with me again. I did not receive a refund or a concrete solution, only generic excuses and a complete lack of attention to the customer. It is unacceptable for a guest to endure a night infested with bed bugs and then face management that denies the evidence, ignores complaints, and refuses to take any responsibility. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hostel, especially due to the lack of hygiene and the poor handling of customer complaints. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to deal with any problems on your own because you will not receive any help or respect from the hostel.
