Great location, accessed via the tourist information centre. Helpful and friendly staff, clean communal areas. Apartment was really spacious and had a comfy bed, small kitchen area, table for dining and a small bathroom. Location was great, literally next door to the lift down to L.Pavlova metro station and in walking distance to lots of sites, restaurants, shops etc. Check in and out was simple and we were able to store our cases on site, for a couple of hours, whilst we went out for food before our flight home. Highly recommend.

There's nothing much like the picture. I was given room on the 5th floor. Super noisy from the water heater pump. For 2 nights, i can't sleep at all. Every 10 minutes, the pump jump starts making stupid noise that wakes me up. Almost make me feel so sick this place. They have air-con which the remote is removed, heater that only work when the govt decide to turn it on (according to the reception). I wonder than why i stay other hotels in prague have no such problems? There is a lift to the room, but you still need to walk about 6-7steps stairway up to your room. So if with lots of lauggage, forget about this place. It's not worth the money. And if you can't stand cool or hot, then this might not be a good place to stay because both air-con and heater don't work.

When arrive to the hotel my room needs to be fixed (I think it was overbooking). They transfer me another hotel, but the room that they provide me was less confortable that I booked ( I booked a suite with city view). The next day I should to check out at 10 am and go back to the originally hotel that I booked, but my room was not ready till 4 pm. I didn’t recibe upgrade or anything. They should be consideration with the people that is traveling and hosting in them propieties. Fortunately, Prague is a really beautiful city. I recommend visit this city, but no host in this hotel

Great location, walking distance to every attraction of Prague but still a quiet neighborhood. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay as good and comfortable as possible. I’d like to mention especially Ali for being so polite and helpful to us. :) The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and having a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and utensils was a great convenience during our 4-night stay. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic - there was a supermarket just opposite and nearby, and it is within walking distance (800m) to the museum, opera house, and train station. Moreover, the proximity to the I P Pavlova tram and train station, just a 3-minute walk away, made getting around the city incredibly easy. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city!

Great apartment, extremely clean and lovely helpful staff! 4/5 for the amenities, only as Trip.com says there is breakfast in the hotel (and also a massage I think!) when there isn’t- there is a cafe next door though that is linked. Maybe a massage place next door too? Just wanted to let people know in case they are expecting it!

Great service however bed is not very comfortable. The unit is clean and spacious .

The staff was friendly, and the location was good. The room is quite spacious. The only downside was the bed mattress.
