Honestly it was a wonderful stay, the team is very kind and very helpful. They are so adorable. The only small downside is that the grab are not allowed to "pick up customers" but they can drop off. You have to favor local drivers or take scooters Otherwise everything else was impeccable. Nothing to say. I highly recommend.

The only good thing here is the number, but here are the disadvantages: 1. Dirty old pool, we’ve never even swam there, it’s scary 2. Dirty terrace with cigarette butts (poorly cleaned) 3. Poor water pressure 4. View of an abandoned building and construction site 5. We didn’t take into account the wishes for breakfast, mixed up the type of eggs and got a fingernail in the fresh juice. In general, when you book a villa, this is clearly not what you expect to see

I recently stayed at the Arta Private Villa in Bali, and it was a complete nightmare. The bathroom had black mould everywhere, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. The villa's photos online are totally misleading and do not match the reality at all. The place looks nothing like the beautiful images they advertise. I would never recommend this villa to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
