We highly recommend this mansion. High quality services from food to wellness. Very nice and helpful staff. Wonderful rooms. This is how I imagine services in Slovakia. Many should lead by example. We are very happy to return here. We thank you.

This hotel is far away from 4 stars. Dirty rooms with doors just hold by the door lock but with 2 cm gap between door and its frame. No privacy. No wall sockets to load smartphones etc. Old TV with dysfunctional remote. Bed with old shabby matress. On the other bed the matress was higher/newer, so my wife and I slept on different levels. On a double bed, it's ridiculous! They promise a Wellness area with massages, but the Wellness area was closed and massages couldn't be booked. Breakfast with old buns. Unfriendly staff on the reception. Not worth the price nor the travel to Slovakia. It's a nice country with great people, but this hotel is a shame for it!

One of my favourite places. Very Nice accomodation, services, food (less salt would be preferable) and enviroment. I always like to go back. Nice place to walk and see, mountains, castles, cottages. Highly recommended.

My Fiancé, Dad, Stepmum and I stayed here for two days and we had a great experience. The restaurant is superb. It's the best food I have had in Slovakia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all have very good English. Lucia looked after us for most of our stay and she did a great job. The rooms are clean, nicely laid out and the air conditioning works well. The hotel itself is pretty and is full of character. The only minor negative is that some elements of the cooked (buffet) breakfast could have been of a higher quality. However, the breakfast selection is very good with plenty of choice. Let me put it this way, if they offered à la carte breakfast, instead of a buffet, then this hotel would be faultless. This is a very good hotel and offers excellent value for money. My Dad left a review on another website saying it was 'probably best in the area'. I very much agree.

Praticamente nuovo! Camera enorme con bagno spaziosissimo. Non manca nulla, armadio diversi cassetti ed una scrivania sufficientemente grande per lavorare con agio. Ottima colazione con cuoco in sala. Ambienti ovviamente un po' pomposi, ma ci sta, considerando che il palazzo risale al 1600

Chceli sme tichu izbu a pri obsadenosti hotela tromi hostami nam dali izbu orientovanu na cestu a zeleznicu - total hluk v noci a nad ranom.
Dalej, po prichode nam oznamili, ze restauracia je dlhodobo pondelok az piatok zatvorena, takze sme sa museli najest inde mimo arealu hotela, to na 4-hviezdovy hotel je neakceptovatelne.
