Lovely Bec who managers a few apar**ents in this complex is a delightful & caring person. Whatever your needs are she'll look after you. She is a one person operation who does absolutely everything. Our apar**ent was great. We had everything we needed & more . A great place to stay and location is the best. Walking distance to everything you need to see & do in Port Douglas. Thank you so much Bec for looking after us.

The Ocean Palm Apar**ents is in an excellent position in Port Douglas to stay. - short walking distance to shops on Macrossan St and beach. The Queenslander style building has loads of character and the pool although smaller in size was super clean with lush palms for some cooling shelter from the sun. The apar**ents are well appointed and exceptionally clean. Little extras and touches were much appreciated Bec ( especially the bickies🤩😊👌) Thanks again Bec for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable.! Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

This is a really lovely place to stay. Modern and beautifully clean apar**ents with a beautiful palm filled atrium that all rooms surround. One street back from Macrossan Street, so just a couple of minutes walk to all that it has to offer. Also an easy walk along Warner Street to Warf Street and Crystal Brooke Marina. We had an apar**ent upstairs with a big balcony with palms to give us privacy and the addition of late afternoon sun which we loved. Lots of lovely little touches including a box of Chocolate/Cameral salted biscuits in the fridge waiting for us. Also loved the large pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of the wasteful tiny little bottles that your are normally given in hotels. And, the fact that there were shopping bags supplied that you could take to the supermarket/shops so that you didn't need to buy your own and then throw them away. Known now as Ocean Palms Apar**ents (due to rebranding) you can book directly through that website. Lastly, to the fabulous manager Bec, she is so obliging and will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome for your stay. If you intend travelling to Port Douglas this is definitely the place to stay and we have stayed in many places at Port Douglas over the years. Oh and the pool is heated so it is not cold when you go in.

Palm Villas is in a very charming Queenslander style building, verandas, central light space with garden. It's hidden away behind Macrossan Street, quiet, but very central. Rooms are well designed and very pleasant – quite spacious, lots of natural light, opening onto veranda, well equipped kitchen. Bec was extremely helpful with recommendations. Highly recommended.

Where do we start…?? Our 1 bedroom apar**ent was spacious, bright, light and airy. Superbly renovated and decorated with comfortable, quality furniture. The accommodation was conveniently located within walking distance to the main street of Macrossan Street, where the street is alive with restaurants and cafes. Bec, the Apar**ent Manager was very welcoming and friendly, greeting us upon arrival and always with a smile on her face!!! Bec paid particular attention to detail with little extras placed in the apar**ents including a lovely bag of deluxe biscuits in the fridge upon our arrival. Bec went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one, offering a suggested list of eating places prior to our arrival and willing to make bookings etc for any tours. From our experience we highly recommend Ocean Palms Apar**ents if you intend staying in Port Douglas. We are returning next year for a family wedding and intend staying at the apar**ents.

Now branded as Ocean Palms Apar**ents, this accommodation is a delightful property just a short walk from bustling Macrossan Street. Beautifully soft bed and sofas, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, this property is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Our host, Bec, is wonderful – she made us feel really welcome, and couldn't have been more helpful with our booking. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location and a beautiful, clean and very comfortable space. They even put a bag of Lindt chocolates in the fridge for me. Very reasonably priced and the booking process was so easy. I cannot rate this apar**ent high enough! Thank you!

Apar**ents like an old Queenslander but with a modern refurbishment . Finally got to stay here after 2 cancellations in 2020/21 due to covid. Bec, the manager, was a pleasure to work with at all times during the planning of our stay. She was calm and under control when dates changed twice and went the extra mile at all times with communication. Received an email weeks out suggesting we book into restaurants for our stay due to short staffing with a lusting of various priced restaurants. Apar**ent was spotless, well presented, great size and had all the requirements for a great relaxing holiday. Being all one bedroom apar**ents meant couples or singles only so area is quiet. Bed was comfortable -extra pillows, Blankets etc. Villa was in a great position, close to all the great places in port Douglas. Quiet street was a bonus as well . When we finally got to meet Bec in person, it was like we were old friends not people she was just booking in to fill an apar**ent at the resort she manages. Her personal touches made our holiday.
