The vision - through the creation of one of the largest integrated resort development in Malaysia to provide extraordinary resort amenities of world-class standards and a focus of attractions of excellence and variety for both Malaysians and tourists from near and far. Also consist of more than 200 acres of land comprising of 6 man-made resort islands. As at the end of 2005, these projects had been successfully delivered on-time; a Marina Canal along the Sungai Menyala, a conference hall, 570 riverine villa, 300 resort-condotel units, bungalow lots, an 18-hole royal Palm Springs golf club course, a golf clubhouse, a club village featuring the largest sand pool in Malaysia, children's fun pool, reflexology pool, jacuzzis, tennis court, karaoke rooms and 28 caravans.
