El Rancho is a beautiful hotel with an excellent, very professional and very friendly staff. I stayed there for quite a long time (more than a month!) during a period of serious instability in Port-au-Prince. Their security is excellent - very tight yet also friendly guards. The hotel was immaculate and it was great to have a gym, pool and restaurant on site. 24 hour electricity and very responsive assistance with any problems. They also have meeting rooms. The organization I work for will definitely use this facility again. Thank you for everything!

The place is beatiful, wonderfully set in a very nice place with greeneries. Staff are friendly from security to excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Anoop Jayaprakash. Everyone is very accommodating, friendly and professional. Welcome drinks is wonderful, we felt really welcomed! Restaurant Manager and Chef has excellent service, good food and friendly. Pizza is really great! Rooms are nice and comfortable. The swimming is very clean. There is a serenity in the place that I personally really liked that i relaxed and rested really well. We have all what we need. The team made our stay extremely comfortable.

Hello it’s a beautiful place to be It’s safe and the food is delicious Cleaned and safe / the reception is perfect If you would like to exercise There’s a gym open for you.. The wifi system is 💯 poucent perfect Please if you would like to come Trust me give a visit and you will be happy to enjoy yourself at El Rancho Hotel in Haiti 🇭🇹

The hotel was very nice. I love that it has a classic timeless look about it. If there is one thing I would say with this hotel ,it must do better with their food and drinks. It was not all that great and for the price you are being charged, I would recommend you eat in the city. The front desk staff were very nice and Alenjandro assist us professionally. I do love the fact that the security of EL Rancho are constantly watching the property and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

Safe place to stay but little noisy cause to many people used the pool… I thought water in pool need to be clean more often , last weekend I was there I can’t even use the pool cause a bunch of people using the pool get the water dirty… My issue with this place is the pool is not on good condition…
