First time at a Holiday inn. The staff very welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotless. 2 night stay and the included breakfast was top notch. Help yourself cooked breakfast. Large and very comfy bed, amenities were great. Double shower and toiletries all readily available. Decent beer as well. But just remember to take change if you're not paying by card as they don't have any. Looking forward to going back early next year.

Stayed for 1 night. Super friendly & helpful receptionist, easy check in. Lovely room, very spacious with everything needed. Breakfast was incredible - so much choice! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Typical HIE hotel, within walking distance of Poole town centre and harbour. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked. Everything I expect from a HIE room. A fairly decent breakfast is included in the price of the room. Parking is an extra £8.50.

Front desk hotel staff was very slow, no politeness, no smile I specifically requested a double room for me and my wife upon checking in he gave us the wrong room. I had to go and request for it to be changed. The room was clean good amenities could be better and the food was okay.

Best Holiday Inn Express hotel I’ve stayed so far .  Very clean with nice staff . Amazing choices for breakfast.  Will definitely stay on my next vacation to Poole / Bournemouth.

Amalia and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially as it was a last-minute booking and we had missed our ferry back.

The room is much bigger than what i expect. Services from reception desks are extremely friendly and excellent, especially one lady from Kandy, Sri Lanka. The food is great and you can take fruits away as well. Amazingly, there is poole lake just 200meters behind this hotel. And beach side is nearby as well. I will choose to stay in same hotel if i travel to Poole again

Stayed for two nights in early February. The rooms was clean and warm with heat coming from the air conditioner unit. Walls were a little thin so you can hear a little noise from your neighbours. Breakfast was included, very similar on both days and the food was an acceptable quality. Paid just over a 50 pounds a night during the school holidays which is a good price for this town.

The room has windows that can be opened for ventilation, which is nice; the service staff are friendly; and the parking lot is easy to access. I stayed here for two nights, but it's actually a bit far from Old Henry's White Cliffs, Luworth Bay, and Durdle Door! I always feel that holiday inn chain stores are safer. In fact, after traveling to many places, I found that some British chain stores in small villages are very convenient. For example, the arms we stayed near Conwy Castle were very good, extremely clean, and the bedding and curtains were of high quality. All very good
