This is my 3rd time stay here, Waldorf Xiamen hotel always my 1st choice when I’m travel to Xiamen. Their concierge service superb excellent and manner. And their HSK team also very good service ,one of their hsk team which cleaning my room name 张小容 very considerate. Must compliment their hsk team 👍👍 Will come back if travel to Xiamen again.

It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

The location is good and easy to find. The service was generally good, pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts but did not dine in the hotel as we explored the foods in Xiamen. The hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful. Chan Lok Lim

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++
