Lokasinya sempurna. Anda dapat dengan mudah pergi ke Museum Sarawak. Toko serba ada terdekat berjarak 6 atau 7 menit, jadi bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Anda juga bisa berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata utama. Fasilitasnya agak tua dan WIFI lambat, tetapi mengingat harganya, menurut saya ini adalah hotel yang bernilai baik. Secara kebetulan, saya juga bisa melihat masjid dari jendela kamar saya.

Staf ramah, sopan dan sangat membantu. Ada banyak pusat perbelanjaan di dekatnya dan tidak ada masalah dengan tempat makan.

kamar ori saya tahun 2002. banyak semut di tempat tidur, dan ruang tidak luas. toilet flush sangat ketinggalan jaman. Kemudian setelah saya mengeluh, mereka mengubah saya ke ruangan lain yang lebih baik. lokasi sangat bagus, dekat mal, mudah berjalan kaki ke tepi laut. untuk layanan dan kamar Anda tidak bisa banyak mengeluh

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The deco was like in the 80s. The room is old & need upgrade badly. The stain on sofa & carpet. The damp smell. The room comes with microwave and fridge but both out of order! The whole hotel a bit run down. Such a waste. But as credit I would mention that the location is good. The frontlines were very helpful & friendly. However, I won’t choose this hotel on my next visit.

Nearby with Waterfront Plaza & River Waterfront. The room is clean and spacious. Thanks to management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Sure will visit again.

The room is big and bed is comfortable but it is very old and there’s even visible water damage on the wall. Toilet bowl kept leaking water inside the bowl and I even spotted a cockroach near the beverage tray of my room which is why I rate it 2 for cleanliness. It’s a pity that the management did not pay attention to maintenance of the hotel rooms as the location of the hotel is very centralised.
