Would give 0 for customer service, if allowed We went this morning for breakfast at their restaurant. Ordered coffee and breakfast. After 30 mins, the waiter comes back to say that pancake isn’t available. Nowhere it takes that much to decide what you can and what you can’t make. Took another 20 mins to bring the coffee which was also not exactly as ordered. Smh. Then after another 15-20 mins, the waiter brings in food where I specifically mentioned (more than once) to put bacon and ham on the side- coz of the dietary restriction for two of us. But both the food came in mixed with bacon and ham. WTH !! We asked for bill, we were already late an hour. But the waiter was brave enough to charge for his mistaken order. And used false language when asked why the bill included those items. Our morning was ruined. But we left quietly for people eating at the restaurant. I highly recommend my friends NOT to ever get into this restaurant. I don’t know how the hotel is, but the customer service training seems lacking, for sure Worst experience in Pokhara so far
