Checking in at the hotel is slow and not very practical. They even inspect your car! There's a line of people waiting to check in. They tell you that there's a park, a pool and everything, but they forget to tell you that the opening hours are super short! The pools are closed from 10pm to 10am! Even the covered and heated ones. In other words, if you wake up early and want to catch the best morning sun, you can, but don't go in the water before 10am! Crazy. The park? It's only open from 1pm (when they're on time) to 4:40pm!! That's right!! In other words: if you only stay at the hotel for 1 day to enjoy the park, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO! Because check-in at the hotel is after 4pm and check-out is before 2pm, exactly when the park is "open" and you're entering or leaving. Absurd!! Furthermore, the food is very good and the drinks are also good, despite the time restrictions.

Hotel com uma estrutura muito boa, comida muito saborosa e sempre fresca. Atendimento muito bom. Já estive no Cassino Resort All Inclusive na mesma cidade e achei esse melhor. O único problema são com os quartos. A acústica é horrível, da pra escutar absolutamente tudo dos vizinhos, até mesmo o celular vibrar em cima da cômoda do quarto ao lado da pra escutar, e, além disso, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Móveis antigos, tv velha que não é smart e ar condicionado de janela, barulhento, fraco e que não possui controle. Fora isso, a hospedagem foi maravilhosa e pretendo voltar.

O chech-in é muito demorado (+1 hora na fila). Do restante passamos um final de semana agradável.

The hotel needs a URGENT update. The only thing that I can say is OK is the food. The rest is similar to 2 star hotel in any place of the world. Rooms very outdated and dirty, kids team was totally lost, pool with many places without tile, restrooms mouldy, elevator not working, long lines to get drinks, etc… Could list more things…

The best place to spend free time with friends in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Good structure, excelent food and drinks (beer, gin, vodka, whiskey, soda, water). it is a all inclusive resort. The room has a lot space, good beds and good shower. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is such an amazing hotel to go as couple or with your family. It has a very familiar environment so you can stay with your kids and have amazing days with warming pools, kids pool, mini park and kids entertainments, enjoy the mini zoo, the delicious all inclusive menu with food everywhere and delicious Brazilian drinks as well. I truly recommend this hotel and appreciate as well the service and politeness of the hotel guest’s team.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here at Thermas Resort Walter World. Their were lots of activity’s for the whole family such as a magic show, festa junina, and a theme park with lots of rides. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming in the thermas. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is nice in facility for kids, wonderfull pools and the city itself was many things to do. We did paraglid... unforgetable the food has many options and desert are the highest point. You must try the home nade sweets. The staff is very fribdlky and helpfull all the times.

Lugar perfeito para passar um tempo com a família toda, principalmente com as crianças porque tem dentro do hotel um parque de diversão com diversos brinquedos, além das piscinas abertas, piscinas cobertas e aquecidas, monitores, drinks deliciosos com e sem álcool, comida de ótima qualidade, atendimento maravilhoso de toda equipe, já estivemos em lugares mais caros e as crianças disseram que preferiram esse resort.

Surpreendente, lugar magnífico Tudo limpinho, muitaaa comida boa, a recreação é sensacional a partir de 0 até 150 anos. Os tios Pikachu, tia brinquedo, tia algodão doce, tia Chanel e tio Michey arrasaram ❤️❤️ Parabéns Thermas vocês são demais

Restaurante muito variado, funcionários extremamente cordiais, quarto limpo, bastante diversão para os adultos à noite, piscinas climatizadas e a coberta enoooorme, drinks variados, petiscos da piscina bem diversos. Um elogio à parte ao bombeiro Juliano: meu filho levou um escorregão e foi prontamente atendido pelo bombeiro. Tivemos que ir ao hospital e fomos acompanhados por um mensageiro do hotel. No dia seguinte, pasmem: vários funcionários nos procuraram para saber como nosso filho estava. Gostaria que esse elogio pudesse chegar ao Juliano.
