Overall my experience was good  The hotel was very easy to locate  The rooms were very clean  The staff were very nice and friendly  Will definitely have a second stay there

Clean and decent room for a solo traveler just stays for a night to catch early morning flight. Staff at the front desk (I think his name is Mohit) is with a good manner and very helpful with guiding the transportation back to terminals.

Good hotel , good staff , lift no good , but I like this hotel 😂😂

It's easy to get to from Heathrow airport. You can take one bus and it will drop you off right in front of the hotel. A bit old hotel, however has everything you need Staffs were kind. Service was excellence.

Ok for a one night stay for flight transit. It is an old hotel but maintains a good level of cleanliness. The distance to Heathrow airport is ok with buses available. There are many hotels along the road from the airport terminal and this hotel is near to the furthest. The receptionists are away from the desk and guest has to literally call them out.

Got exactly what I paid for. About 10 minutes on the bus from terminal 2. Convenient location and was suitable for me for one night. The breakfast was nice and kept me going most of the day. There was no hassle or problems and check in and check out was quick and easy.

Only 10 minutes bus ride from terminal 2 Heathrow. Clean room and friendly staff who printed off my boarding pass for me! I’d definitely stay there again

An old-fashioned hotel that is still very comfortable and clean. The carpetted flooring is good during winter especially most hotels nowadays with cold parquet flooring without providing disposable scandals. Definitely will come back again if flying from/to Heathrow during odd hours in future.

Albeit I'm scottish, trying to get the staff to understand REALLY SLOWLY SPOKEN ENGLISH, was literally impossible. Alarms going off in unoccupied rooms!? Reported to reception, and literally had to write it down.. Asked for taxi for 7.30 to T5... Went down to reception, no taxi... Staff had booked for T6?! There is no T6.. Very handy for airport, otherwise, pay £5 more and go next door..

The door lock was broken, and even the phone in the room did not work (seems to be disconnected) so wasn’t able to contact reception. Along with some other minor issues, the hotel did not offer a positive experience to my stay unfortunately.

Good quick check in. Plenty of parking. Good food and excellent service by Oliver in the restaurant.

Clean, comfortable, V.helpful/professional staff, from chambermaids to Receptionists. Peaceful, good sleep and bath/ shower. Would recommend 🙂

Room had all that was required for a one night stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Had a pint and nachos at the bar.

We were returning to Australia. The waiter was excellent in always. Friendly, helpful, and funny.
