New hotel, nicely designed and quite good breakfast. Hotel parking only in garage for €15 or for free until next morning 9am in the street before the pedestrian zone. Asked for a quiet room, got room facing bus parking and smokers area?

Very clean, in a small town, the town is very beautiful, convenient for shopping, convenient for parking, free parking on weekends. There is a bar below the hotel, you can go down for a drink in the evening, nice!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Ctrip did not have the option of a family room, so I booked a king-size bed room directly. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel front desk saw that I had a child and took the initiative to give me a room with a 1.6-meter king-size bed and a bunk bed for children. The girl at the front desk could speak a little Chinese, which was quite a surprise. The staff I met throughout the hotel were very polite and thoughtful. So I stayed again the next day. I don't know why Ctrip does not have a complete list of room types, but booking has a more complete list, but the price is a little more expensive than Ctrip.

The hotel is relatively new, and the overall feeling is quite good, but the bed is indeed a little small, as is the case in Europe.

Wonderful central location right on the pedestrian zone in Bad Reichenhall! Modern, very well-run hotel! We had a room overlooking the spa park! Great! The staff was very friendly and professional! Breakfast was very good! Only the daily price of €18 for the underground car park spoils the very positive overall impression. We would love to come back!

The receptionist had a bad attitude and was impatient in answering questions. Netizens shared that parking costs 15 yuan per day, but she charged us 48 yuan for our two-day stay. The hotel provides saunas, etc. We only found out later when we looked at the hotel website. We went to the counter and asked again and she told us it was on the 5th floor. When we went upstairs to find out, other tenants told us to go to the counter to get bathrobes. In short, we are foreigners and should be more clearly informed about hotel facilities, etc. The breakfast is not good. The restaurant is open so you can smell the smoke from the walkway to the room.

The hotel is a historical building with a rich heritage. The reception staff is polite and friendly; free hot soup and bread are provided at noon. We will definitely come back

The room was better than average, considering it is Ibis. The washroom had all basic toiletries. The breakfast spread was good the staff is very hospitable. All the rooms had a chocolate placed outside our rooms on the Christmas Eve. The hotel has a parking area too at a decent rate. The location is accessible from anywhere.

I have stayed in this hotel in March and May and was satisfied, which is why I stayed here for one night during a business trip. I arrived on the evening of 22 August. I was greeted by a blonde-haired receptionist. She was polite but not nice. It was obvious that she did not like guests. As a Gold member she would have had a welcome drink, water in the room and an upstairs room. None of which I got. I slept on the ground floor opposite the lift. I found out the next day that I could still sleep in the area and booked for 2 nights from August 23-25. When I saw the blonde reception lady again, I wasn't expecting much because of the gold member status, but she directed me to her colleague with a bored look on her face to greet me, while she had no one at her place either. Her colleague was nice, I was given my welcome drink, water was prepared in the room and I was given a room of status.

New and clean hotel business hotel. Small but working training facilities. Lots of space for cars under roof that costs 25€/night... Several elevators so no waiting time. Varied breakfast. You get exactly what you expect. Staff by reception / bar has obviously a lot of customers they attend to, so there is little/ no personal feeling and they are not very flexible in regards of wishes. Not a big issue, but for this price and hotel quality we expected a better service in general.
