Ulasan Vienna International Hotel (Kunming Xinluoshiwan South Bus and Subway Station)

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

酒店位置好，旁邊就是地鐵站和南部汽車客運站，還有螺螄灣商貿城，出行購物都很方便呢，服務人員態度很好，還免費升級房型，升級的房間又大又乾淨，設施也都很齊全，電梯有梯控比較安全，各方面都不錯，值得推薦！

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離， 前台很熱情，主動升級更大的房間，房間隔音挺好很安靜，不影響睡眠，床鋪特別軟 房價也很實惠，住的特別滿意！

房間很大也乾淨，設施智能化也很新，房間樓層高比較安靜。距離地鐵站需要過馬路天橋（天橋沒有電梯）。很近的一個小區門口經常停有空的士，打的也方便。樓下有個觀雲集市，有各種吃的喝的，也有超市，購物方便。
