The room was great. The only negative I have is about the tv--the system needs to be updated. Can't find channels, they don't correspond to what is on the screen, etc.

We actually pulled into the parking lot, saw how run down it looked and how sketchy the others in the parking lot looked, walked through the halls of the hotel and saw how dirty it felt and unkempt it was and didn’t even finish checking in. We lost money as we couldn’t cancel but felt much better at another hotel a few blocks dow

The condition was very poor. I couldn’t even take a shower because the shower floor looked dirty & the facet was practically falling off. This felt & looked more like a motel than a hotel. The pictures looked much better than the reality of it.

We stayed there thinking there pool and hot tube was open but when we got there they told us it was gonna be closed all weekend..

Evening staff was fine but morning staff at the desk couldn’t care at all that I was leaving. They were just leaning back in their chairs and looked very unprofessional.
Carpets were dirty. Room was clean but clock did not work. There are plenty of better options in that area
