We have just come back from staying in this hotel for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We have had a lovely 10 night stay . We came with our best friends as it was our friends birthday as well . We had no problem getting a sunbed we were out at 9 each morning so got the same spot each day. Food was good breakfast and evening meal plenty and of choice. We had the maids every day and our bed was changed every 3rd day . Adults only hotel but I think sometimes the clientele need to think of other guests . We have enjoyed it so much we have booked to go back next year for our anniversary . Don’t let the building work put you off it xx

Fabulous hotel. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere. Comfy pool beds. Food varied and tasty. Rooms cleaned daily, big comfortable beds, 5 English tv channels, fridge kettle. Huge walk in shower. Not nicest location but 5 min walk nice. Hotel lovely sanctuary. 3 supermarkets outside. Easy pickup/drop for coach. Highly recommend. Hence it is so booked up!

Amazingly nice staff, very helpful. Amazing breakfast with chefs who are very attentative making you whatever you want. I did not try lunch or dinner, but it looked great as well. Very nice rooms - we were in the lime suites. The gym could of been bigger and upgraded, but the jacuzzi made up for it. Very laid back and quiet place. Overall a great stay.

Lovely hotel staff are so friendly we went half board and the food was lovely so much so we only went for one evening meal out .. we had a suite on the top floor very clean and luxurious shower and hand soap coffee machine kettle big tv and safe the bed was so comfortable cleaned every day .. the pool was nice but u have to chase the sun so went to beach most days .. singer on a evening while having ur evening meal .. right in the thick of everything and no noise at night I definitely will stay here again well done vanilla gardens doing a great job 👏🏻

Me and partner had the best 2 weeks at vanilla garden hotel amazing stay didn't want to come on 1st day back home and ALLREADY booked to go back end of may can't wait food / service and staff amazing 💯 would recommend to anyone so relaxed and atmosphere was amazing rooms very clean every day booked with TUI and same for next year booked again there been amazing everything went so smoothly perfect in every way thankyou from both of us for everything see you in may Tenerife vanilla garden Lisa and Terry xxx ❤️

My wife and I chose, and then stayed at, the Vanilla Garden after seeing the reviews on here. We were not disappointed and we had a great holiday. Set back a little from the beach (and importantly away from the night clubs) the hotel is in a good central position between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas/Los Cristianos. From the moment you step into the hotel entrance your have a feeling of peace and cleanliness in the well laid out grounds. We were in room 522 on the 2nd floor - which overlooked the pool area from the balcony. The room was very spacious, clean and had a modern feel to it. Our stay was on a half board basis and, through out the week, we enjoyed a very good choice of food - all of which was tasty and hot (other than salad obviously). There were a couple of negatives during our stay: 1. People were waiting at 9am to place towels on the pool beds and, as a result, there were no spare beds available by 9-15am. People were quite regularly away from their beds for over an hour and others were not able to use the beds. 2. I had intended to use the gym equipment and, ultimately, only used it once. The running machine was broken and the other equipment was limited. Overall - a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and we would recommend it.

Location 2 minutes from Veronica strip, near troya beach. Lots of nightlife and bars within 5 minutes walk Room We upgraded to a junior suite, got us a 2 person jacuzzi, bigger balcony and a coffee machine. Spent 5 nights there and 2 in a standard room. All rooms were big with a lovely bed, TV, hair dryer, mini fridge and air con. No complaints, all good. Bed was BIG and very comfortable. Pool Nice pool, 1.4m deep all around, warm and never too full whilst we were there. Had no issue getting a bed, pool opens 9am and no access to beds until then which I quite liked. Food Good food, nice breakfast with english sausages :), eggs, omeletes, bacon, fruit, toast, bakery items, lovely coffee (2 machines). Chef on hand to cook eggs, omelete, bacon etc via a hatch into the kitchen. Evening meal was good, fish or meat on offer, veggie if you like that, lots of veg and salad. Not amazing variety but not bad, we ate out 2 nights as lots of nice restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Staff Very helpful, nothing too much trouble and very competant. All in all, a good week, no issues with the hotel, just thought Tenerife looked a bit tired in general. Enjoyed the Garrison pub, Travellers rest for cheap drinks and the bars by Troya beach on the path towards Adeje.

Excellent hotel, all staff are brilliant, stayed multiple times now, never had any issues, great food, themed meals on an evening with background entertainment, would recommend to family and friends, pool area amazing, really comfortable beds to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
