Wonderful holiday in a lovely setting next to the Nature Park. Our special thanks to Kati for all her help, knowledge and guidance. The staff are all pretty superb. What a great base for the beaches in the Nature Park. 5000 + hot steps over volcanic and unspoiled terrain but worth every single one of those steps.

We visit every six months and have never been disappointed,staff,facilities and location are top class.I cannot praise the staff highly enough.The local commercial center has some excellent cafes and the Rubicon Center is a reasonable walk away.

Perfect accommodation. Very clean and well equipped. So peaceful and quiet. Great outdoor space for breakfast or an evening drink and during the day great for chilling or sunbathing, very secluded and sheltered from the wind. The pool area is very comfortable, immaculate and always empty! There is a supermarket and a few bars directly opposite and an amazing restaurant called Furancho do Tono where the tapas is exceptional. If you don't mind walking, the walk along the front to the marina is very pleasant with a bigger selection of bars and restaurants.

My partner booked this for us so we could getaway for some winter sun and relaxation. It was the perfect accommodation for what we wanted, we upgraded to a hot tub suite which was well worth it. The bungalow had lovely views and was very spacious we both said we could quite happily live there. It was well equipped with everything you would need and was very clean. The reception staff were great helping with any information we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to book again for a nice tranquil relaxing get away. The location for us was perfect as we enjoyed a walk into the marina/playa Blanca or in the other direction to the beach. You also can't fault the local bus service if you're not so keen on walking as there is a bus stop directly outside reception.

Can’t fault the apartments which are spacious, very clean and well equipped. We’re not looking for a lively neighbourhood so previous descriptions of tranquillity were appealing. However, we do like some nightlife and the nearby area is sleepy Sunday every day. For us, that and a cool pool knocked off the last star. Wouldn’t rule out going back but would probably prefer somewhere closer to the Marina.

Second visit here, Bungalows are comfortable, spacious and clean. It’s peaceful and a short walk to a supermarket and some restaurants. Slightly longer walk to the Marina for more bars, shops and restaurants but still an easy walk. Good value for money, and perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing visit.

Our holiday didn't start very well. We arrived after midnight to find the Reception was in darkness and no-one around. There was a notice on the door with a telephone number to ring for instructions. We were told there was a key safe and given the combination to open to find a key which opened another box in which we found the key to our bungalow. We then had to find our accommodation in the darkness. After recovering from our initial disappointment and a good night's sleep we were able to appreciate our surroundings. The bungalow was spacious with a large open plan lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a lovely terrace area with table, chairs and two sun loungers. The bungalows are in a very quiet location and are very private. They are a pleasant walk away from the Rubicon Marina along a coastal path. There is a shopping centre just across the road with a supermarket and a small number of restaurants/bars serving a variety of food from British fare to typical tapas. We enjoyed a very pleasant week at the Colorada Mar bungalows which had everything you needed to self cater. They were very clean and the grounds were kept immaculate. All in all we would recommend these as a place for a relaxing holiday.

These bungalows are absolutely amazing. We had one by the pool with bali bed. Place is spotless and all new loungers, table and chairs. Very quiet, we had first few days of the place to ourselves. Bottle wine on arrival. Across the street supermarket with 3 tapas restaurants. We tried all 3 and the one next door to Paul's was the best. Bit more expensive but food soo good. Its a good 30 minutes walk to marina where there are lots of nice restaurants and a shopping centre. Would I go back...definitely.

Stayed for one week in July. Bungalows are spacious and spotless. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, never too busy. Plenty of sunbeds, friendly staff. 5e in taxi to Playa Blanca for 4 (taxi rank at shopping centre across the road) Some great bars and restaurants in shopping centre just opposite. Highly recommend if looking for a relaxing holiday.
