All good the location it’s fine because it’s near at the airport but at the beach it’s a little bit far but all good the breakfast excellent

Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

The only real issue I had is that the property was under construction and did seem a lot older than the pictures. The outside definitely looks better than the inside.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. There was water damage on the wall above the bed and it looked like mold in the bathroom shower area

Very nice hotel. We stayed here prior to boarding for a cruise. The location was decent driving distance to the port. I don't know if they offer a shuttle service or not, as this was not something we needed. The price was reasonable for the time of year. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice landscaping, and a safe environment in a business park. Front staff very nice and welcoming.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but I feel this needs to be said. The first room we got had bugs crawling on the bathroom floor and on the floor near the mini fridge. We asked to be moved to another room. The second room was either occupied by someone or the cleaning people did not clean the room. There were water bottles on the dresser, wet towels on the floor and an unmade bed. We moved to a third room which we stayed in for the night and checked out the next morning. The front desk staff did not apologize for any inconvenience.
*******, however , was able to get a refund for our booking which I truly appreciated.
