Very clean quick check in was very last minute but I got a room super quick most definitely staying again.

The only negative would be the pillows were not comfortable other than that nice place close to the pier!

Property was ok, we love location but the room we got no AC. We had someone trying to fix it but nobody call us or tell us that they will work on AC they just come over when we was away. And not sure how long they were there to fix, still AC was broken.

We stay in Pismo regularly and this was by far the worst stay ever, because… The toilet leaked when we got there. (They sent a repair guy and he kind of fixed it, but it didn’t flush properly the whole time) Pillows were small and hard. No extra blankets. Soap dispenser in shower leaked and made the bath tub very slippery. The conditioner thermostat didn’t seem to work. We turned it on 72 then it ran all night. The parking was difficult, 7’9” wide spaces. We were advised to park our truck on PCH. TV controller was difficult to use because the box the controller connected with was sitting on the only table in the place. We voiced our concerns, especially about the leaky soap container, because we didn’t want the next guest to slip and fall, management was condescending and lectured us on how well he runs the hotel. Just an unpleasant experience

This motel is conveniently located close to downtown Pismo Beach and the Pier. The price and accommodation is family friendly. We could not have asked for more. Thank you to the friendly staff.

I love that it was on the main street and about a 5minute walk to the pier and other shops.

I liked everything about the property. It’s very nice and clean. And situated very conveniently very close to the beach, dining places and shopping! The gentleman at the office wasn’t very nice or courteous. Like just doing his job.

Great winter rate. Checked in during the major storm and power outage that poured on California. Would recommend it to anyone 😀

From almost 7 years in visting. It was definitely amazing just as I remembered it

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. What ruined our stay was that the people in the room next to us arrived at 2 AM and kept going in and out and slamming the door and arguing loudly. It went on for a while. The walls between rooms doesn't block much sound so it was almost like they were in the same room.

The room with a kitchenerte had Nothing in it.. Not a pan not a plate.. Very disappointed as i like to make my own breakfast.. Plus the room was so small. On top of that the guy that checked me in was So rude when i asked him if they have a pan i could use.. I would not go back there again

The overlay is nice quiet and 5 min walk from the beach. There is a beautiful patio on the second floor and a swimming pool. However the rooms are very small and the bed is firm (one queen room). Personally I’m not a fan of the rooms. The desk chair is in the way of walking around the room. But again this is only a motel and very price friendly. So overall I would rate this a 3.7 in my opinion.

First time staying here and within an hour of us staying. Our smoke detector kept beeping loudly, they don’t have phones in their rooms so had to use my cell phone to call front desk. Maintenance took about 25 minutes to come to our room. Maintenance guy was very pleasant only thing positive about the stay! My husband paid extra for a tub in our room and they didn’t even have the stopper for the tub. We will not being staying at this hotel again.

Would of Louie everything to work in room tvs soaps but other than that was ok
