Such great experience! The staffs were super helpful, kind and friendly. You can easily tell that they were happy to help out as much as they could for us to have a better experience. The room was clean without any visible dust when we first walked in, it was so obvious that they put their heart into what they do. We also recieved snack bag upon our departure! I will definitely come back to stay with them everytime i come to pingyao!

Such a nice place to stay , very clean , modern and ancient fusion . The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable . Right in town , walking distance to cafes , restaurants .

Superb stay!!! Xiao Hao went above and beyond her job scope to ensure our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly at the property. She arranged our tour guide and had excellent idea of how we could maximise our time in Pingyao. We had a courier service upon checkout, and she ensured our belongings were safe and oversaw it all perfectly. Highly recommend this property if you are coming to the lovely town of Pingyao.

Very nice hotel close to the heart of Pingyao. However, we were surprised how small the room was after it was described to be 45 square metres. Seems the garden was calculated as well. The rooms can not be locked from outside when leaving the rooms.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Delian Boutique Homestay. The location in Pingyao ancient city is very good, and the rooms are bright and airy. We were particularly impressed with the hotel staff, who connected us with an excellent English-speaking guide, helped arrange our visits to scenic spots and transfer to the train station, and were generally very helpful throughout our stay.

The hot water in the bath room was only good for 1 shower.

Boutique B&B, in an alley not far from the main pedestrian street, relatively quiet. The room facilities are complete, and the quality of the toiletries store is good. The small courtyard is very stylish, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

I checked various rankings and chose Delian. I still like newer hotels, and I was not disappointed. Pick-up station: The B&B can pick you up at the station, so you don’t need to look for it with your luggage. It feels really good. We booked a two-night stay and were offered a drop-off at the station. When the guy saw it was snowing, he kindly helped us carry our suitcases to the entrance of the high-speed railway station, so we didn't have to climb the stairs ourselves. Very heartwarming! Room: The hotel has floor heating. The staff preheated the room in advance, and it felt warm as soon as you entered the room. There is air conditioning and an electric heater in the house, so it doesn't feel cold even when it snows. The yard and the room are very clean, which is the feeling I like. Although the room was not cheap, it was worth it. Service: All questions were answered. The waiter and a short-haired lady were both very nice. The recommended restaurant is also very cost-effective. I'm glad I chose Delian.

It should be one of the top three hotels in the ancient city in terms of environment. When I brought my kids out to play, I mainly considered safety, so I chose Delian. The location is also OK, quiet at night, and a few minutes' walk to South Street. The hotel, from the manager to the front desk, to the cleaning lady, are all very warm and friendly. They introduced the scenic spots in detail and replied to WeChat messages in seconds, especially Lettuce, haha. I had the most contact with her, and she was responsive and answered all my questions. The hotel also has a pick-up service, which I am very satisfied with.

The only inn in the city where you can take a bath. It was the filming location of the movie 1942. The courtyard is clean and tidy. Compared with the old house, this one is generous and spacious. Our family of four lived very comfortably. The two young ladies at the front desk were super nice, and the boss brother was also very good. Good reviews!
