Spacious, clean and stylish room and helpful service. Comfortable seating areas indoor and outdoors. A peaceful oasis in a cool monastery town. Highly recommended!

Cosy and lovely place near the market street, the staff is very helpful and kind. It is clean and nicely designed.The food of the restaurant is tasty. Foreigners friendly. Thank you!

The location was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The main hotel was stylish and cute. Unfortunately the double rooms didn’t meet our expectations. It was not connected to the main hotel and in an alley separated from the main hotel. The bathrooms unfortunately had a smell from the pipes and the showers were the style that had a shower head over a toilet with no standing rooms. Just some information to know before booking. However, we would still recommend it.

Good hotel, no complaints. Big comfy rooms and and a nice ambience. Great location very near the monastery and all the older stuff in town. They had no trouble registering me as a foreigner.

A really special find! I had a hunch when I first saw images of this place on Trip. It is more of a new-age boutique inn, not often seen, than standard accomodation. Owners deserve credit for its thoughtful "funky" design - which must have taken a considerable investment. Noted that CCTV had visited. A range of accommodations is offered. Mine had a narrow, metal spiral staircase (steep for some) winding up to bedroom with sofa and washroom - and a balcony. Very comfortable. Staff offer dinner menu with private cozy cubicles with local themed decor. Perhaps pricey for some, but fanguan selection elsewhere is tricky for outsiders. My only caveat = Though the name describes the setting well, Trip's Location map on the second check-in page is off by 400 meters - awkward for outsiders on foot or with language challenges. Owners spoke enough English, and were very helpful to me, though staffers struggled linguistically - very understandable really. I'd gladly visit again - if it were easier.

Facilities: Complete facilities Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the room is very warm Environment: Very comfortable. The most important thing is that the hotel also has a restaurant. There are ******* food, Western food and coffee. I prefer it. Service: Very attentive to details and very enthusiastic

The rooms are in an alley outside the B&B, a row of bungalows. It is not in the hotel compound at all, but they tell you it is a hotel. The floor of the room is a manhole cover, and there is a movable baffle under the bed, which you can see when you push it open. If you have never lived here, you can imagine the scene yourself.

Moreover, the provincial 12315 did not initiate an investigation and immediately rejected the case: the guest booked a room at our house on Ctrip.com - a standard twin room. When checking in after arrival, he expressed dissatisfaction and said that the room was inconsistent with the pictures he saw on the Internet and that we were suspected of deceiving consumers. We communicated with Ctrip customer service about this. Our pictures were all taken on-site in the room, and we also submitted video pictures to Ctrip for proof. Our customer service said at the time that if the guest was not satisfied with the room, he could call Ctrip.com to request a refund, but the guest kept pestering our waiter at the front desk. Later, after mediation by Ctrip’s customer service, we agreed to either upgrade the guest’s room type for free or refund the full amount. But the guest disagreed with both of these points and insisted on staying in the original room, and even insulted our waiter during the stay. For this reason, we ask our waiters to stop communicating with guests to avoid causing more unnecessary misunderstandings. Until the guests check out the next day.

The owner is very nice and friendly, but our room smelled bad and the space was relatively small. It's not suitable for three people to live together. It is recommended to choose a room in a courtyard rather than one outside.

Tongren is a B&B with a relatively atmospheric and stylish atmosphere. The ladies and brothers inside are very enthusiastic and help provide information and solve problems. It's very close to Longwu Temple. It's very localized and you can have a good experience.

Compared with the price, it is not too bad. After all, it is less than 300 yuan, so you can't have too high expectations. However, the service attitude, or rather no service at all, is really bad. Also, what about being attacked by mice or cats on the roof at night? Woke up from crawling around on the roof.

We were in the rooms off the hall, probably the rooms overlooking the courtyard are more suggestive. The main hall, the courtyard and the space for eating were very beautiful and welcoming, the staff were fantastic, girls always ready to help you who worked or a lot (thank you thank you thank you). Our room was large and clean but little air passed because it was ventilated only by a small window and therefore often humid. The location was perfect, next to the monastery and close to shops and restaurants.

It is a relatively quiet, independent house close to Longwu Temple but not on the main street. There is a section of glass roof with good sunshine. There is also catering. When you are tired from shopping, you can directly solve your food and drink problems at the B&B.

Very nice room with large bed, wifi that works. We had difficulty finding the place because the address given was not the correct one. You have to move 200m towards the monastery and enter a small street for 200m. The room floor wasn't really clean, the rest ok.
