This place is really nice and the owners are really forthcomming and will help you with all you need. The fridge is stuffed with all you need for the first couple of days. Clean rooms and bathroom. Do not expect too much from wifi, be patient and enjoy the peace and quite area instead. Worth to mention is that there is no restaurant within walking distance if you are not willing to cook for yourself. We had a very good stay in early may 2022.

We stayed with Klaas and Melina start of November. What a nice place to stay, authentic, practical and a great view from the garden. We even had breakfast in the sun. (So nice that the fridge is filled and items are free to use!) If you plan to do a lot of visiting in Umbria, this is the resort to visit. It is central. We went to Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Orvieto, Arrezzo and drove in from Rome (two hours). Be sure to ask Melina some tips about your visits, she knows a lot about Umbria and can save you a lot of time and hassle.

We had a great time staying with Klaas and Mylene at Il Piccolo Noce. The apartments are perfect: The cleanliness, attention to detail & comfort, all is of a very high standard. We would definitely recommend this place as a base for exploring the area. Mylene and Klaas are very helpful to give recommendations and ideas for things to do and see. Great hosts, definitely recommend staying here!
