We were there with a tour group. The hotel was nice but very far away from Venice. Taking the public bus was easy except how scary it was to cross the road to walk down to the bus stop. Very busy road. The bar personnel was not very nice when we had our own food and sat in the outside area to eat it. The food was not very good.

A short bus ride from Venice aloud us to stay in a modern and comfortable hotel as opposed to the old and overpriced hotels actually in Venice.

The hotel is nearly 15 km from the main attractions of Venice. There are buses available from the hotel. The front office can arrange tickets to city and back on payment. Staff very helpful. There are some daily needs stores close by. But main shopping area is accessible by taxi or bus. Breakfast is good. The shower area is a big let down. One can hardly stand there. Too small. Rooms are decent.

After arriving in Venice to start our coach tour of Croatia, this hotel was our first stop and starting point for the tour. Very comfortable hotel, clean and spacious room and well maintained for an older style hotel consisting of a very nicely appointed bar area, dining room, with covered chairs and fresh table linen was elegant and service was very efficient. Self serve of breakfast and dinner meals with a good variety to choose from. Reception staff were very helpful and obviously used to catering for coach tours. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and with amenities. My one criticism of this hotel is the location and distance from the airport. It is approximately 25 minutes drive at a cost of almost €60 inclusive of luggage and is in an area with just a small supermarket and a couple of shops nearby. It is ideal for coaches to pull in and I guess this is why it is chosen to accommodate coach parties.

The cost of hotel accommodation is high in Venice but this is an affordable choice with good amenities. The hotel has had a partial upgrade, but many of the original decorative features have been left. The restaurant is very good and is centred around sea food options although we did get an excellent steak. All of the staff were helpful and polite.

What a great hotel. Despite being on a main road, no noise could be heard in our room. The bedroom was nice, beds comfortable, clean linen and towels. The bathroom had everything we needed. We stayed two nights and ate in the hotel both nights. The menu had was relatively small but had something for most tastes. We had no complaints, our food was delicious. The drinks were reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style, plentiful and had something for everyone. On our last evening, there was entertainment outside, which gave a great a**osphere. A special shout out for a lady called Paola. She worked tirelessly. She was behind the bar, taking food orders, waiting tables. Such a nice lady, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Paola.

This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in anywhere around the world. Although 25 minutes from Venice buses run continuously every day to take you into the heart of the city. Staff friendly and rooms spacious for Italy.

Cosmos Tour Group - this hotel is not a very good selection for Globus/Cosmos. It is far from Venice, food was terrible, and you have to beg for the staff to turn air conditioning on so you can sleep comfortably at night. Staff was courteous but this was not a good first impression of my tour.

We loved this place. The staff are fantastic, the food was wonderful. We ate there a couple of nights. Loved the out door area to sit at and have a drink. It was clean, bright, just lovely. The only issues we had was that it was pretty far away from Venice and anything else and the beds were really hard.
