The rooms are nice and clean. All newly decorated All appliances in the room are new. Unfortunately, you should prepare soap, shampoo, shower cream, and shower cap for customers as well.

Очень удобное расположение отеля, приехали на вокзал в 2 ночи и через 10 минут уде были в номере. Стойка регистрации 24 часа. Номер чистый и опрятный, приятные, хоть и жестковатые кровати.

So can mediocre get 4 stars. The answer is yes…if it fulfilled your needs and was clean and comfortable. Queen hotel is 5 minutes walk from Surat Thani railway station. Perfectly placed if you need one or at most two nights waiting for bus to ferries or train north or south. Friendly reception, very large bedroom and spotless bathroom with not much hot water. No bedside lights. Comfortable bed. Perfect for short stay. R340 for the night, about USD 20. This is not a boutique hotel buttocks the boxes for meeting needs.
