Our stay here was a breath of fresh air after our experience in a shoebox hotel room in another hotel closer to London Kings Cross. The hotel has been recently renovated and now has a modern artsy interior. Facilities and interior of the rooms are very new and clean. And we also appreciated the room size which was much more spacious compared to other hotels in London - both of us could open our large size luggages with ample room! Although the location is not in the center of tourist attractions, we appreciated that the area was abit more quiet and peaceful but still very convenient as only a short walk to the tube (west Brompton district line) which connected us to majority of attractions easily and within short distance. It was also easy to get onto the picadilly line for Heathrow at the end of our trip as picadilly line stations are also close by. There were also busstops right outside our hotel & west brompton station is also an overground station if you need to travel to outside central london Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again

Visited this hotel the day before my birthday as a treat from my daughter. Room was nice and the beds were very comfy.  Found the staff very unfriendly especially the young lady on the food counter. Very blunt and no please or thank you when we ordered food. Also a few males walking around who were reception team and a manger, we smiled and said hello without any response, we were booked for 5 days and we would have left and gone elsewhere but it was non refundable.

Good location. Staffs are very nice. Delicious breakfast. Clean, tidy and modern rooms.

Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!

the room is quiet and clean. The view outside is very good. Underground is in walking distance. Buses to central is next to the Hotel.

Location is nice, close to train station. Convenient store, pub and coffee shop are walk distance.

Every thing is good, but we hope this hotel line can provide some face tissue for the guests is much better! Thanks

All facilities of room were in good condition and were cleaned every day. This hotel is very convenient as it is very close to a nearby underground station by 5minutes walking with the luggage.

The breakfast is very delicious. The location is very good and it near the railway station and overground of West Brompton. It is very easy to commute different designations in the city. However, the room temperature is always around 25-26 degrees so that windows are kept opening for sleeping.

I booked this place originally due to going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It looked on maps to be in a good location between the stadium and my arrival and departure station. (Liverpool Street). The location from the tube station is fabulous, it’s around a 3 minute walk. The hotel from the outside doesn’t look much, but on the inside it’s a clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Our room smelt and looked brand new. The bed had a firm mattress, we had extra pillows that were super soft. Security at the hotel was good. We arrived back around 1:30am and was asked for proof of residency before being allowed in to the hotel. I like that. Breakfast was available for £14.99 per person. There is a small coffee shop too on the lower floor. This wasn’t open whilst we were at the hotel, but we did arrive late in the day. There is a vending machine for chargers, plasters etc…what I would have liked is a food vending machine as arrived back a little hungry…don’t get me wrong there is shops within a 5 minute walk, I just wanted it in the comfort of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel and I’d definitely stay here again, it was a great price compared to a lot of other places.

The breakfast was fantastic. Although its a little far away from the city centre. Theres no fridge but I guess thats the same for many UK hotels.
