The hotel was really good. Excellent food, Facilities immaculate and staff charming. Only negative was being put outside main building. I should have specified as have a damaged leg and found stairs difficult.

Terrible experience Unfriendly reception and rude cleaning ladies Old and dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bathroom Old rusted chains on the doors Old yellowed refrigerator Bed linen and towels are not exchanged Stingy on shower gel Key cards do not work properly and must be reactivated every day Loud music late at night with very poor window isolation All in all very bad experience The hotel deserves 2-3 stars instead of 5 stars

It was a terrible experience the room is very far from the reception no elevator we would have to go up 2 floors each time the food was catastrophic. no air conditioning in the restaurant The staff was very unmotivated like they respond rudely For me it is a hotel that is worth 3 stars not 5

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

For a hotel of this category, we expect better hygiene and catering. Absent minibar in the rooms, the towels of a mediocre quantity .. otherwise the reception is pleasant

I stayed at Royal Hammamet for a training event. I accidentally left a jewelry box in my room and reported it immediately, but the hotel claimed they found nothing. No proper follow-up was done. The food was average at best, the room basic with nothing special. For a so-called 5-star hotel, the experience was underwhelming and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel.

The personal essentially in the restaurant is perfect and friendly. The service is wonderful and the room is spacy. The swimming pool is big and clean. There are so many food that you can’t choose what you want. The buffet of desserts is so big and delicious.

Exelent,beatifull place,good People,super food,nice hotel,great weather,pool is big and comfortable we enjoy it a lit ,the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is great ,the staff at this hotel are hospitable and always smiling ,the bar is big and varied

the rooms are spacious and tidy, the staff maintains cleanliness and hygiene every day. The food in the restaurants is authentic and delicious. The hotel also has 3 outdoor pools that are very clean and suitable for children. The best thing about the hotel are the animators who always maintain a wonderful atmosphere

The food is delicious and varied. Comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic and very clean pools. As for the waiter,they are too busy,except for the waiter named Dia. If you stay here,insist on being served by a Dia in the restaurant.🌴🏖️🐪☀️

The food: everyone can find something. The cleanness: It’s very clean, the room, the pool.. the beach is sometimes dirty because of the black grass, but the sea is beautiful. The animators is the best, specially one with the curly hair! The hotel is extra for families and couples. Good location and good prices.

I stay here for 16 days and that wasn’t enough. I’m in love with this place, people and everything. Sea was clear, drinks were delicious. Good food, best animation team, prefect programm, love it here! Wanna stay here forever! Miss it right now.
