The hotel was really good. Excellent food, Facilities immaculate and staff charming. Only negative was being put outside main building. I should have specified as have a damaged leg and found stairs difficult.

El hotel muy bonito con todo tipo de instalaciones para disfrutar unos días de vacaciones y el personal muy amable.

C'était une terrible expérience la chambre est très loin du réception pas d'asenceur on devrait monter 2 étages chaque fois la nourriture était catastrophique.pas de climatisation au restaurant Le personnel était très démotivés genre ils répondent impoli ment Pour moi c'est un hôtel qui vaut 3 étoiles pas 5

service bien, les chambres ne possèdent pas de douche pour les personnes qui ont du mal a rentrer dans une baignoire très difficile , pour un 5 Etoiles pas de bouilloire dans les chambres dommage pour la restauration un peu juste pour toujours un 5etoiles. personnel très sympa et prévenant. les serviettes de toilettes sont un peu vielles et effrangées et on a du mal a en changer. Mais j y retournerai volontiers.

Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, on s'attend a une meilleure hygiène et restauration. Minibar absent dans les chambres, les serviettes de bain d'une quantité médiocre..sinon l'accueil est plaisant

the rooms are spacious and tidy, the staff maintains cleanliness and hygiene every day. The food in the restaurants is authentic and delicious. The hotel also has 3 outdoor pools that are very clean and suitable for children. The best thing about the hotel are the animators who always maintain a wonderful atmosphere

The food is delicious and varied. Comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic and very clean pools. As for the waiter,they are too busy,except for the waiter named Dia. If you stay here,insist on being served by a Dia in the restaurant.🌴🏖️🐪☀️

The food: everyone can find something. The cleanness: It’s very clean, the room, the pool.. the beach is sometimes dirty because of the black grass, but the sea is beautiful. The animators is the best, specially one with the curly hair! The hotel is extra for families and couples. Good location and good prices.

I stay here for 16 days and that wasn’t enough. I’m in love with this place, people and everything. Sea was clear, drinks were delicious. Good food, best animation team, prefect programm, love it here! Wanna stay here forever! Miss it right now.

The value for money is great for an all-inclusive vacation. We went here at the beginning of June. There were a couple of cloudy days, but the rest were sunny and hot. The area is windy, especially at the beach. The nights are cool and breezy. Because of our early June visit, the hotel facilities were not crowded and no more than 10 guests were present. The hotel is 15 minutes of walking time away from a bustling marine with souvenir shops and restaraunts. We also went by a local taxi to the centre of Hammamet and its fort. The room has older but well maintained furniture. The room is cleaned well. We tipped often the staff, around 1 tunisian dinar was enough. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. The main hall with the reception desk and main bar is very classy and beautiful. The hotel is very spacious and there is space for an afternoon walk around the hotel grounds. The greenery is mostly bushes, flowers and high palm trees which doesn't provide much shade. The main pool area should be bigger. This wastn't a problem for us, but later in the summer I can imagine it being crowded. The same applies for the second smaller pool by the beach and the interior pool. The beach bar was being renovated, we got everything we needed from the pool bar. The beach is big and has enough space between sunbeds. The umbrellas were small and low-placed. Just before the sea there is a strip of twigs and vegetation leftovers. For a couple of days there were lots of seaweed which wastn't cleaned. The water is shallow and there were lots of waves. The food is great. Lots of options, mainly vegetable dishes. It took us 3,4 days to try out every meal. We were very satisfied. The waiters were kind and smiling. All things considered, we recommend this stay and give it an 8/10.
