I've lived there for 3 nights. It's really terrible experience and never want to book this hotel again in my life. a. The young lady at the reception was really cold-face since the first day she saw us, even treated my 5-year daughter in very impolite attitude. We've been smiling and polite to her through out the 3 days, just could not find a reason why she had been behaving like that. b. The hotel window could not open and they said it's for safe consideration! You can imagine how if feels to be keep in a room without fresh air day and night. c. The hotel is far from the town and there is no beach around. So for convenience, i'll suggest you choose a hotel near the beach. d. The young lady really destroyed my good feeling of Nice.

Transportation: Near the airport, one stop away from the light rail, there is a light rail station nearby, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the city of Nice; there is also a small train station nearby, which is convenient for going around. Facilities: The decoration style is relatively modern, in line with the current aesthetics, the room is relatively spacious, and the facilities are relatively new, but I feel that some designs are not very reasonable. The window faces the airport and cannot be opened. Hygiene: Someone cleans every day and changes towels. Breakfast: Traditional white meal, the quality of ingredients is not bad.

We confirmed that we could arrange airport pick-up one day in advance. When we contacted them, the first person who answered the phone said that we could not arrange a car and had to wait for an hour. The second person who answered the phone said that we had to wait for two hours. The third manager who answered the phone said that it would take four hours. We booked this hotel because we had elderly people with large luggage and saw that there was a shuttle bus. I didn't expect that the Novotel brand in France was so dishonest. Because it was a prepaid payment, if we didn't drag the three large suitcases and find a way to walk there, the money would not be refunded. This is the consequence of prepaid payment. We finally arrived at the hotel and entered the room. At first glance, the so-called window was fake. When it was opened, it was a partition in the wall, and outside was an equipment station on the road. The sewer of the pool was broken. I only washed my hands and dirty water began to overflow. The water from the overflow hole of the pool would flow directly from the partition where the hair dryer was discharged... I was fooled once. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. What the clerk meant by a 5-minute walk is that you can walk here by yourself, it's very close... It should be that if you fly to work every day, and after getting out of the airport you cross the road in order to punch in at work, you should be able to get there by running.

Because we arrived in Nice in the early morning, we found a hotel near the airport to rest for a night. I booked 2 rooms, but when I arrived, I was told that one of my rooms was not available. There were no vacancies in the surrounding hotels. In the end, 3 people squeezed into a small room. Fortunately, there was a sofa. It was pitiful that I barely lay down for a night under the outer clothes. This experience was too exciting. So be sure to confirm with the hotel before checking in! The room does not have mineral water, but there is a water dispenser on each floor for everyone to drink hot and cold water. The breakfast is satisfactory and suitable for a temporary one-night stay during a business trip. There are only hotels nearby, no other. There is a small square behind the hotel with a small supermarket and a cafe.
