Very good services. Staffs were nice and helpful. The front gave us room no.1313 on check in but we don't like this no. Then asked to change and they changed for us at once. We booked the pool view room, taking pool view from the balcony was great. The pool looked nice but as we stay here for just one night so we didn't have a chance to use it. Room was clean and large enough for 2 peoples. Plenty of parking area (without shade). Would like to stay there again.

Rooms are clean, cleaning everyday. Very effective AC, but it doesn't seem to use the temperature setting set in it. Pool is very nice and stays in the building's shade in the morning. Gym is small with little options and is hot durin day and AC in the gym wasn't on.(No remote found for it) We had two rooms which was nice. Cabinets look little worn out of lacker or paint. But other than that good location next to park for morning or evening jog. Seems they are renovating the place, which is a good thing. Outside got repaired from small cracks on the cement and got painted over. Small shop downstairs also is useful for amenities and deliveries outside usually come quick. There is also restaurants nearby. There is some space for a rent motorcycles too in the psrking lot.(Rent from elsewhere) Sunsets at the pool are gorgeous. Would visit again.

tidy, clean and spacious, we booked here one night, reception staffs are kind and helpful also, yet one thing is misunderstanding about breakfast time. One of us just called from the phone in room to check if there's available for breakfast or not bc it's 10.10-15 am already, and she was stumbling but the answer is we can go there until 11 am. So we went around 10.30 and everything is misunderstanding for real, staff talked about us in Thai in front of us, so I can hear it clearly. Please don't do this to guests, it might be our fault about breakfast time, but we checked it and you say yes. If it's a No so we won't go or we will pay for a la cart, just be straightforward it's fine. But thank you to front office staff to help us.

Really good hotel in a good location. not so far from malls as Grab is very convenient in Thailand. The rooms were clean and comfortable along with the staff. didnt try their food as we ate outside daily. Good value for money too.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. While the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks, there’s a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, Central Phuket Mall within walking distance, and a cozy bowl place where you can enjoy delicious açaí bowls and great coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay!

Was quiet disappointed as they only supply bath towels and only one per person, no wash clothes and no utility towels as well and if you need a clean one you have to exchange at the front desk for a new one. I turned in three and supposedly their was only 2 be in the room and maid service must of made a mistake and was going to be reprimanded for it. My concern was being charged for the towel out of my security deposit, front desk assured me I wouldn't that the maid service was to blame. Wash clothes was the most stupidest thing I have ever encountered when staying at a hotel, I went to the front desk to ask for one and they replied use the bath towel to wash your face. Very disappointed cause than I had to bring it back for a dry towel, same applied if you went to the pool. I consider this a HUGE inconvenience and intolerant. So I don't recommend staying there just for that reason alone, I know I'll never return. Arrived late around 10:00 nothing in area was open to eat except McDonald's 10 minutes away by car if you had one, had to take shuttle driver from airport 45 minutes drive. Only one convenient thing was the shopping mall was within walking distance. Outside of that bad location and not very safe feeling.

When we arrived and checked in the reception staff was not very welcoming, not helpful and kind of rude. After checking in, we asked where is the nearest 7 Eleven and he lied that there in none close by, “very far away”’ so another guest helped us instead it was 7 minutes walk.
The kitchen and bars sometimes charged more than what’s written on their menu such us drink for 90baht for 110baht. When asked why, we were told surcharge for hotel patrons.
After that we hardly interacted with the restaurant bar or reception staff. The room service staff are very kind and nice most of the time.
The floor are dirty all the times not mopped from day1-7, we cannot walked barefoot in the room too dirty. All linen and other facilities are provided all the time. Shower screen is not covering enough therefore after every shower water splashes everywhere. Lift 🛗 can be dangerous, always press the button before entering because it almost injures my hand 🤨. There should be a warning for patron for preventing anyone getting injures by the lift!

Nothing special here but if you need a night or two to stay somewhere cheap and you’re not spending too much time in the hotel it’s kind of perfect for that. We used it as a pit stop between airport arrival and taking a boat from the pier the next morning and was ideal for that since it’s about a ten minute drive to rassada.

The location is very good as it is a walking distance to Phuket Old Town. If you are are Harry Potter fan, you should definitely visit the HP themed cafe (4-5 minutes walking distance). There are also so many cute cafes there.
The room is clean and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. If you need a hair dryer, you will need to request at the reception. The staffs there are really nice and friendly. There was no elevator and I had a really big luggage, so the male staff helped me to carry my luggage to my room.
Also, please note that the reception is open from 8am to 11pm only. So if you are checking out really early, you will need to inform the receptionist upon arrival.
Highly recommended for a solo traveller that is looking for a budget. Strategic location 💯

It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool.
We arrived in the hotel in the evening.
Some negative things happened
The room has water leaking issue from the fridge,
The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages.
The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

JJoanneHYI recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and my experience was fantastic. I originally booked a pool-access room for all three nights. However, due to an unexpected system issue, the hotel was unable to provide the pool room for the entire stay. Instead, they arranged for me to stay one night in the pool room and upgraded me to a much larger room for the remaining two nights. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered a complimentary dinner, which was a lovely touch.
One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for me. When I entered the room, it was beautifully decorated with “Happy Birthday” wishes, which made my day extra special and memorable.
Although the hotel is slightly older, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The central location is another great advantage, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions.
Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel’s dedication to their guests. Despite the minor hiccup with the booking, their efforts to make it right truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional service and a great location.

The nature phuket was such a beautiful hotel. I booked deluxe room for 3 nights. Amazing mountain and sea view. Room. Was so spacious. The sliding doors was a impressive idea. Balcony so big and me and my girl had a good time over there. Walking distance to kalim beach. Staff so friendly, especially NUT from front desk. Unfortunately, I had to check out two days early due to a leg fracture from an island-hopping trip, so I missed out on the poolside experience. Despite this, I highly recommend The Nature Phuket as a top choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

IIsa_mlAmazing Hostel and really nice people. I love the beds and the door is a slide door so its not so loud. Its really clean. For 50bath you can wash your clothings. The breakfast is simple but good.
They also have free water.

AAleks EfNot a bad hotel. True, it is undergoing some minor renovations. The rooms are small but cozy, the balcony is spacious, overlooking the pool, the plumbing is a bit old, there is not enough a small closet for things and at least a small table in the room. If you need an inexpensive hotel, then you can consider this option.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

FFroyWhen I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank.
The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel.
They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.
