Ulasan Katathani Phuket Beach Resort

The hotel is located next to the sandy beach which is very nice, just a bit dated but with good maintenance.

I only stayed for two nights, but they upgraded my room twice. The first night I stayed in an ocean view room, and the second night I was upgraded to a villa with a private pool. I’m truly grateful. The breakfast is dedicate, the room is big and comfy, I would love to stay here again next time

1. We requested a hard board for my parents sleeping to support her painful waist, until we checked out still no response! not comparable to a 4 star hotel experience. 2. The room is so humidity that the room floor is always watering. 3. The reception of the breakfast restaurant in Thani building showed a cold face. Will not back again with disappointing robust-like treatment.

Lovely big hotel on beach fron. Food good but a bit expensive. Great gym & pools, sea clean & clear

Very nice beach and lots of facilities. Staffs are nice and great services.

We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details. Overall the amenities are very nice, but everything on the building that is on the beach front is better (even the breakfast). I think that it is misleading that they don’t clearly state that there are two different buildings, I think would have otherwise chosen another hotel.

We liked hotel but they don’t have towel outside you have to bring your own from Room so this is not good.but others okey we loved hotel.

All in all we had a very nice stay together with our 3 year old son. Room was ok, but a bit moist. There is a kids club as well as many other (pool) activities available for children, which was very important for us. It is a bit far away from the airport, but directly at the kata noi beach which is very nice and clean, sunset was amazing ☀️ we would recommend families with small children to stay at this hotel.

The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the view from the room is gorgeous. The room was a bit old but well maintained and super spacious. The breakfast was delicious 😋 I was disappointed with service and stuff attitude. Especially the security at this hotel. Very rude, keep on asking my room number everywhere, with a very disrespectful attitude, even when I walked with a bag from the room which literally says the name of the resort on it... I understand that they are doing their job but for the comfort of guests either the system should be changed or the attitude of this guys. I was not expecting to experience such a stressed vibes in a 5 star resort. When I just arrived to the hotel before I exit the car, the security guy literally screamed at me with question what's is my name, not letting me out of taxi.... I understood later that he wanted to check if I stay in the right wing, but man!! Attitude change and a smile would be much more welcoming!!! And while I was waiting for my check in time, I was walking around the resort to check it out, another security guy screamed at me with a question what's my room number, and of course I didn't know, he scared me with his angry look on his face and seemed like he wanted to kick me out of the territory of hotel. Until I explained the situation that I'm still waiting for a check in..... I don't know if I was just unlucky and something happened that day with the security department, but it was a horrible horrible welcome!!! That is not what you expect from this level of 5 star resort...

All went well. Good and fast services with friendly staffs.

Great for families with children. A tonne of activities for kids, we didn’t have time to leave the resort for external tours. A bit far from the airport but has almost everything you need for kids. There are 5 restaurants but don’t have expectations for quality. Not sure if we’ll go back due to its location but definitely value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unlimited water and beach towels. No complaints! Everyone had an awesome time.

The hotel room looked a bit old, but overall it had a very cozy vibe to it! Lots of swimming pools for people to relax and activities for people to choose from. Overall, it’s a great experience!
