Ulasan Katathani Phuket Beach Resort

This is our second time returning back to the resort. My daughter totally loves the Kids Club. The staff there, Kai, and the other 2 Filipino staff (male and female) that we remember the last time we were there and they were really nice and took care of my daughter Indigo really well. This time we got a bigger room and the room were really comfortable and enough for 4 of us. We loved that the resort is family friendly. The only thing that we hv to comment is we wish the breakfast would hv some different selection of food everyday and not the same everyday. It gets a little boring after awhile. Also there were ALOT of selection of carbs. Other than that everything is great! Especially the staff, everyone were very helpful and very friendly and very welcoming and very very patient. We definitely will go back there again. Kudos to the staff at Kathatani Phuket Beach Resort!

I recently stayed at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, I did encounter a few staff members who were not particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the majority of the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would still consider staying here again due to the quality of the room and amenities.

This is our second time here and we still love this resort. Our daughter is abit older now (6) and she has outgrown the kids playroom. However everything still suited our needs. We can grow here. Only the breakfast options are too repetitive for our 4 breakfasts here. More variety should be included. And also more vegetarian options as we don’t eat pork. Everything else is perfect!

Very nice hotelb, I stayed at hotel 3 nights with my family, very amazing evrey thing u need near from you. I will come again.

Booked sea view room, but the sea view was blocked by a bunch of trees and facilities so couldn’t really see the view. Also the staff gave us the end room / really close to lobby, hence quite noisy in the evening. The room facilities were overly poorly done, all the furnitures you can feel like is cheap quality (like made out of IKEA pile woods) and there are many many ants in the shower room. The staff overall is under trained as well. 1. Got woken at 0830 by housekeeping staff and ask me if I’m checking today which in fact I’m checking out the next day. She even tried to use her staff card to rush in, very disrespectful. Could have make a phone call before hand first. 2. Checking out at 1200 but the hotel card already deactivated at 1130 when all our luggages are inside 3. Had to request to change my towels at the linen room myself. On a positive note, 1. The location is unbeatable, nice beach outside. 2. Bench at the garden with massage aunties are superb. Also the pool facilities are well equipped and clean.

Everything was perfect. The only recommendation we have the resort is to improve food. Buffet breakfast was great. Not impressed with the other restaurants. We ended up eating elsewhere. Check in staff was great. Great for families and toddlers. Beautiful location, felt very very safe. 9/10

Good hotel with nice service, choice of restaurants at the territory of the hotel and in the close proximity. Silent location.

Good hotel, service is good, in general people are very helpful. Breakfast and restaurants are ok, but not wow. Location is good, very close to Kata beach, but quite far (1 hour) from the airport. Beach is nice, but in these days waves were very strong, not ok for young kids. They could not dven enter the sea. Don’t know whether it is always like that or we were just unlucky.

Beachfront property located in a quiet road but with convenience stores and restaurants just outside the hotel. The beach has fine white sand by the waves were quite strong when I we went. They have 6 pools but in reality we always went to the one closest to our room. Not really necessary to go to the other pools unless it’s crowded as they designs are similar. Their breakfast is really worth waking up for. Expect queues from 8.30am. Overall a great stay as I went with teens. They had a fun time and if you do tours, arrange for pickup as well. Tuk Tuk to Kata main shopping street is about 200 baht.

Great location to everywhere, you can easily call car service right at the hotel and they will make sure it’s cheaper then calling from the grab app. Huge hotel with a lot different activities for adults and kids. Food is vey so so, better order delivery from grab. Perfect if they can renovate a little bit.

We lived in both Bhuri and Thani wings. So, the experience at Thani was very pleasant, while Bhuri is a definite NO-GO. Thani wing is much newer, the rooms are clean and fresh, closer to the sea, with nice view. Even the breakfast has more choices. Liked a lot staying at Thani

We had a great stay here. The room view is perfect and the location is convenient to go anywhere. Can watch the sunset in the swimming pool.

This is the first time in Phuket and the choice made for this hotel proved to be an excellent one. The location is very good, right in front of a beautiful and peaceful beach (Kata Noi). The hotel is a huge resort with lots of different sections and nice swimming pools located right in front of the beach, so you can enjoy both. They have many different restaurants, with excellent food and drinks to order at the pool, and also nice buffets for dinner every night, with live music or performances. The breakfast is also very good. Nearby are some shops for convenience. We loved our stay and experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If you prefer a quitter stay out from the party zone. 7-11 just outside hotel and there are also 2 restaurants serving great food.
