The reception experience upon check in was very disappointing. We arrived late at night and the staff didn't behave very friendly, maybe his English wasn't very good and couldn't communicate, but he stopped us, rejected us with gestures and asked for proof of stay in this hotel. This experience ruined the rest of my stay. After we provided the reservation, he started checking in but felt he wasn’t happy to serve. During the check-in he has not confirm our room type, our durations. He ask us the sign a policy thing without explaiation. of course, i read it myself before signing. Basically there was no introduction to the resort and the surrounding at all or even a map. Anyway, upon arriving at the room he tried to show us around the room and said it was the pool and the room...ok ok...we gave him tips and let him go but then he probably thought he should have said more…What’s more, he took us to the bathroom and continued to introduce that there were cotton buds in the box! isn’t it funny! We had no idea where the breakfast location was or what facilities the resort had. We only found out there was a gym on our last day and wondered how other guests had bikes. Except the reception guy, the rest of team is ok. Great service in the breakfast restaurant, everyone is very friendly and nice, wonderful!! Not recommended their beachside restaurant at all in terms of food, environment and services!
