Really nice place to stay and a wonderful location. The baths in the room as so nice and so is the shower. You can literally sit in the bath and watch T.V 😊
Swimming pool is great and so are the staff. Downstairs there’s a really cool food market, almost part of the hotel, it’s a 5 min walk to patong bar *****, 2 min walk to the beach where there’s another food market, pharmacy’s and marts close by and loads of well priced massage shops across the road.
You won’t need to do much walking here for anything you want or need 👍

Nice hotel was great value. Great location great service. When fully open with restaurant and roof top bar will be even better. Room was spacious.
Will stay again if price is reasonable.

Always have no sound dampening. All concrete. Ends up being very noisy. They recently reopened after covid so hopefully things improve. There was no breakfast but there is a little mini street market outside. Very close to the beach.

This hotel has boxing school downstair
(the owner is the son of the hotel owner)
The staff already warn him but he claim he is the son of the hotel owner. So, he do not have to listen to anyone and they also can do nothing about it

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. When I checked in, they told me that I needed to wait for my room it was not ready. When I went back to check over an hour later, it still was not. It took hours for the room to get ready, and when I got settled inside, I noticed any ants, including in the bed. They switched my room immediately, but I was still a bit sore it took so long to ready the room for it to not be liveable. However, I do appreciate the immediate response to my concern. The roof is very large, but the pool area is not. Still great views, however.

Fantastic room and great location! The room was a great size with huge bed and bath. The house keeping was very high quality. The location is right by the beach and bar streets. Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was but we mostly ate out. We asked for a quiet room and staff helped us with that.

The hotel is so clean and good location.i really like the hotel but the staff are too rude to answer the customer questions.the Mua Thai sound is too loud in the morning and its disturb the customer sleep
