คุ้มค่ากับราคามากค่ะ เราจองได้ราคา 800 กว่าบาทรวมอาหารเช้า พี่พักสวยสะอาด
พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม ตอนเราไปมีฉลองงานแต่งเสียงดัง
แต่บอกพนักงานว่าจากห้องเราได้ยินเสียง พนักงานก็จัดการย้ายห้องให้ทันทีค่ะ
อาหารเช้าเราเฉยๆ อาจเพราะโควิด คนพักน้อยเลยทำให้อาหารให้เลือกไม่เยอะมาก แต่มีขั้นพื้นฐานครบ รสชาติกลางๆค่ะ

Nice place to stay. Amazing staff very friendly. I Booked a Deluxe Room with Pool Access for my daughter's birthday. The staff comes to have surprised with a cake and sing the birthday song. My daughter is very happy about this surprise. The room is beautiful and clean. The pool is beautiful and long. I like trees and flowers around the pool it makes me feel relax and private.

아름다운 호텔이에요. 수영장이 100미터는 될것같아요. 중앙풀은 2미터깊이이고. 커요.
조식은 a la carte였고, 맛있었어요. 고춧가루가 있었으면 더 좋을것같아요.
주변에 열린 편의점이 없어, 편의점 가려면 1km이상 걸어야 했어요. 덥고습한 푸켓 우기이기 때문에, 만만치 않아요.
모기는, 모기쫒는장치가 있지만, 완벽하진 않은것 같아요.

This is a lovely place with an amazing management. My wife and I spend 2 weeks at the Metadee Resort under the Sandbox Program as they are SHA+ certified. We had a pool access room that was spacious and functional. The room had privacy and was quiet with good high speed internet. Travel during Covid is a bit more complicated, but don’t worry, Kimberly at the front desk and Laila the sales manager will assist you in any issue that comes up. My wife injured her eye and a short time later they had a car ready to drive us to an eye doctor in Phuket.
After all, what is good hotel about? To make you feel like home. Thank you. ()

Great hotel, friendly staff, but a little far from restaurants and convenience stores. However the staff often provided me with free rides so it is hard to complain. If you can ride standard motorcycles, you can rent them for a low price.

Pool and rooms are big - bed is pretty comfortable. There’s buggy service to bring you in and out of the hotel as it is a distance to the main road - but this means your rooms will be quiet away from the traffic and bar noise. However, do anticipate waiting time can go up it in during busy hours when returning to the hotel.
Stayed in the resort room concept - does look dated but the floors are clean. The rooms at the modern concept looks newer. Breakfast is ok but can do better if they are positioning as 5 star. Overall service is ok. Two things: 1) they need to have more staff at the breakfast buffet area on the weekdays (Sunday staffing was sufficient and not straining on the staff) and 2) they should indicate the pricing, if the hotel charges, of the items which are commonly free for guests to take away - in this case, such as the disposable laundry bag. It’s ok to charge them if the hotel wants to. The staff at the check out counter could have handled the situation better.
