Hotel terasa sangat kuno dan dirancang dengan buruk. Dari saat Anda masuk ke lobi yang dilapisi AstroTurf, Anda merasa seperti berada di motel 2*. Kamar-kamarnya sangat jauh dari "resepsionis" sehingga Anda harus menunggu kereta untuk menjemput dan mengantar Anda setiap saat. Mereka mencoba membebankan biaya penyimpanan sebesar 2000 miliar ketika Anda tiba, yang tidak saya miliki secara tunai sehingga harus meninggalkan paspor saya. Sejujurnya kamarnya terlalu besar tanpa alasan yang jelas, sofanya seperti karton yang dilapisi plastik keras. Kamar mandinya hanya air hangat suam, saya mengeluh 3 kali dan petugas pemeliharaan datang dan mengklaim dia memperbaikinya hanya agar saya bisa mandi air hangat Luke lagi. Ya ampun, saya datang ke sini mengharapkan liburan yang santai - pada akhirnya saya harus memesan hotel lain di tempat lain dan check out setelah 2 malam. Saya sangat menghindarinya.

Kamarnya sudah tua dan berbau apek. Naik ke akomodasi, kami harus menunggu shuttle menjemput kami karena kamar yang kami tempati berada di atas bukit yang tinggi. Harga dan akomodasi bukanlah nilai yang sangat bagus.

This hotel was great! I know there are a few negative reviews about service. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle buses to our room on the hill were 24 hours and they came within 5 minutes of our call. The hotel also offers shuttles to Patong beach which saved us a lot of money on transportation!

The room came with pool access shared by 4-5 rooms only and an amazing sea-view. The most amazing part was a bar ( part of the property ) which faced our room and they start playing songs in the evening. This gave a very cool private party kind of ambience. The room was spacious and the staff was really helpful. Our room was on hill top and hotel runs shuttle service throughout the property. Overall I highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Phuket.

*WARNING BAD SERVICE* The hotel is had very messy lobby, it is hard to find at first. To get into the room you need shuttle as well as to go back. It is very inconvenient, you need to anticipate 10 mins extra before and after on busy hours. The shuttle bus is unsafe and dirty, always dropping off other people’s before you. Then once at your building there is no lift and you have to walk 4 floors. The room is very old school, there are microscopic shampoo and body lotion that couldn’t even be enough for a child. Imagine for a couple.. the bed is on wheel and not stick to the wall. Constantly moving while sleeping. There is 10 towels but only enough soap for half a shower. Pseudo 5 star hotel rating with no iron in the room. They purposely do it to upswell iron service 50baths per pieces. That’s a joke really. I have forgot one T shirt because they were giving me so much pressure for check out. Therefore once I was in town I called them 3 times to know if they found my t shirt. They said it was no T shirt when It was 100% sure it was in the room. I decided to go back in the hotel from city center and ask them in person they kept saying they didn’t find any T shirt. I had to insist to receive shuttle access back to do the room and find myself the cleaning lady which made my room for her to tell me she had a my belongings. No communication from cleaners while finding lost item and even worst no one aiming to really help you from front desk. BAD EXPERIENCE not even during busy period.

This hotel is not what you see in the photos. The place is rundown. Shower was missing the sliding door so the entire bathroom got wet when showering. Toilet seat wasn’t tightened down, shower nozzle is not adjustable, I had bugs coming from the sink when I turned on the water, air conditioning units weren’t clean which made me sick, bed is advertised as a king but was two twin bed pushed together which when I slept in the middle the beds would separate. Towels were stained. The room is huge with a lot of empty space and furniture that is in bad condition. You’ll need to take a shuttle to and from your room. It’s a hit and miss when you order the hotel shuttle if they show up. You have to put a deposit down when you check in, you can either pay or have them hold your passport for your stay which was a bit unusual and not advertised. The location isn’t the best especially if you’re going for the nightlife and beaches.

Really nice hotel, we enjoyed it, nice location because it’s not too noisy. Housekeeping every day. We had a nice stay

New hotel, the room is quite big worthy to pay. The location on the hill is not a problem , the problem are thier services, check in can't found the booking. staff doesn't help anything even I show my hotel voucher. waiting to check-in half an hour. From lobby to room have to take shuttle not waiting too long but When you want leave from room to lobby waiting about 30 minutes without helpful from staff,not friendly.
