Loud constructions on all sides incl. the property itself…

Stayed in this hotel as it was the closest to a place where I had an appointment the next morning. Everything was great, recommended if you need a room in that area of Phuket

It’s under renovation. Very noisy from the road & construction.

What you see at the photos of the hotel is not what you will get, the hotel is pretty old, and the pool area was not cleaned at least few years.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel! The location is really good, in a close proximity to bars and restaurants, around 20min walking distance from the beach (which is also wonderful, one of the best in Phuket!!!). The breakfast is simple but good with the view on the lake. Our room was a little bit shabby with old furniture, but still really comfy and cozy, nice balcony as well. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Location is good.It is near the community. However,the door of bathroom in room#915 is not good. It’s the time to fix it.

We got to the hotel late and check-in was fast. Beware as the receptionist understands little English amd immediately tries to make make us change room to one facing the lake and giving up included breakfast while reading from a Google translate note. Reason given was the booked room faced the noisy main road...i wonder? The lake facing room was big and clean with comfy room and a great morning view to wake up to. Issue was the distant disco music noise was so loud it went on till 4:30am. Both bottle body gel and shampoo looked like left overs from previous guests as they were not full. Only in the bright daylight did we notice the stained bedsheets and covers. Guess giving up breakfast wasnt a bad thing as it looked like cook to order with limited choice. Onsite car patk is limited to 4 vehicles. Walking distamce to Friday Boat Ave night market and nearby supermarket and food. Good cheap stay but very basic.

Небольшой, уютный отель с тайским флёром. Номер не новый, но очень приятный. Чисто. Матрас хороший, в меру жёсткий, на таком можно замечательно выспаться. Но... жили в дальнем номере, там утром началась стройка, звуки перфоратора заставили подняться пораньше. Вид из номера на воду это всегда здорово, радовал глаза. Рядом с отелем есть магазин, кафешки и обмен валют. Недалеко остановка автобуса. Выезд в 12 это тоже плюс. Мы приехали сюда переночевать, потому, что поздно прилетели и не хотелось переплачивать за ночь в дорогом отеле, рады выбору на 10 из 10. Было бы 11, если бы не стройка.
