Depand on your travel style. If you just want a chill beach vacation, this is the place with clean and peace beach. But if you like more happening, here is a bit outskirt, no street food, no massage shop, what you expect is just resort restaurants, bar, spa, recreation with hotel's price. Breakfast same every day. So go other place if you want more variety choice because phuket grab is very expensive. Otherwise a good place to relax

Terrible experience The balcony door was broken. I asked to change a room but was told only first floor was available. Or I could wait for a staff to fix the door. Who wants to spend their vacation doing that?! Well, I did. I paid extra money for the view but didn’t enjoy it for a minute. My face stinked so much at the front desk, but the manager seems not care at all, simply repeated her “first floor or wait to fix” solution. The water in the room was so dirty. I had to buy drinking water from hotel, which is 60 baht a can, the size of a coke. The beach is not private at all. It’s public with some chairs from the hotel. But watch your time on the beach. If you miss the last hotel boat, it’s a long long way to go back. I paid 1000 baht as deposit, and didn’t get any refund after checking out for 17 days already. I sent an email to check what’s happening. No one responded. Now I don’t know how to get my money back.

Love the Service , but the Breakfast is not that good. Very normal Breakfast!

This 3 star, paperwall hotel doesn’t deserve even a word.

This is one of the most trashy hotels I have ever stayed in. First, there is no service. Second, the hotel room is not soundproof and clean. The room, which is not open all year round, is checked in at 3 a.m. The difference in experience. We still choose a relatively good room. Everyone should avoid pitfalls. Don't come to this hotel. Don't come here. You will regret it 100%. Remember to avoid this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staffs are friendly and prompt. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We love the beach, it is quiet and less crowded as compared to other beaches.

This hotel is perfect for families. They have 2 bedroom apartment type rooms, and the amenities are great, and there's more than enough activities on the property to do, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach is just a boat ride away, and the hotel has a paid shuttle to Patong and Central shopping mall, which makes traveling very convenient.

Rooms are big and special. The colorful colour tone made us feel relaxing in the resort. Highly recommend for families to stay.

Not a bad hotel for a reasonable price. My friends and I booked a suite last minute and it was very affordable!

While Cassia is in a great location and offers apartment style rooms that a great for families, its service leaves much to be desired. On the surface level, it offers everything a family could need, but then once you get there, it’s not quite what is offered. The rooms get cleaned every other day, but the whole time we were there, we had to ask for cleanings. Water takes forever to be delivered to the rooms, or they forget to bring water unless asked. Their children’s playroom is essentially a bare room with a small ball pit and a couple of toys. The pool for kids is small. Plus the staff at the front desk only does the bare minimum in terms of answering questions or helping. I would not stay here again.

Overall a nice stay at Cassia Phuket! But noticed some black faces from the housekeeping staff and the cushions are really smelly! Would be hygienic to wash the covers!

Hotel nice and clean. Full equipped in the spacious room. There are swimming pool, shuttle boat, play room for kid and relaxing places. Shuttle boat can access to the beach.

Very comfortable and welcoming stay by the hotel staff with great smiles. Room was clean and comfortable, with strong air conditioning. We could borrow beach/pool towel to bring to their private beach and pool. Pool water is changed in the money and clean. Only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be the breakfast being alfresco, it invited a lot of flies and birds flying in/out, and utensils were not the cleanest. Hygiene of breakfast could be better due to this / try to add better food cover-ups.
