Far too noisy. Too far away from everything. Cannot sleep properly from internal external noise. Staff member on front desk Singh so rude. Breakfast staff are great all smiles and cook a nice breakfast for you

Terrible level of cleanliness! Terrible service! Remains of poop in the toilet of previous customers and flooding! The manager said I was lying! The cleaner yelled at me because she was upset that the room had to be cleaned! We tried to leave the hotel but they refused to return the money! Flooding in toilets, unclean water, unclean rooms, leakage from the sink and noise in the ceiling of pipes! We got the room dirty and that too after we were changed to a "better" room I asked in advance not to enter my room and I put a do not disturb sign on the door and yet when I was not at the hotel they entered my room and tried to fix the plumbing - unsuccessfully and left residual dirt from a knife and silicone from the sink!! Do not approach this hotel!!!

Booked room with direct pool access, value for money, enjoyable stay.

It was a very noisy hotel, I booked to stay there for a few nights but I couldn't stay more than two. Every night I heard strong noises that woke me up in the middle of the night, in the morning the same, people shutting doors, shouting in the hotel, the breakfast is limited and almost the same every day, sorry to say it but I wouldn't come back again. The management needs to be changed, the hotel feels like no life.

The room was outdated and the elevator was dirty at different times. The room also smelt like urine and one of the staff members tried to revoke the late check out I paid for, I had to speak to a different staff member to rectify this.

The hotel is very far from Patong Beach and shopping center. Then main issue is the aircon and toilet ventilator is super loud, we need to switch off it then can sleep. The remove control not working too, we have no TV for the first day. We stayed there for 4 nights, requested to change another room but refused by customer service as there is no room, fully booked. Definitely won’t go again

My second time stay in this hotel, everything seems OK for me, except u need to walk up to the hotel, takes about 20mins from the beach😊

We a paid very for this resort. They have very big pool and the rooms are spacious.
