very good and nice location super clean room

Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge. Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”. We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us. At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”. The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation. Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang. Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Service was great, except no direct room delivery, food was not as good as I expected, considering the price, options were few. Gym is not 24 hour and requires sign in. Room was excellent.

入住酒店體驗感非常好，泳池旁邊還有專業的救生人員，五星酒店果然不一樣，還有健身房裡麪的設施也很多。這次特別愉快的是前台小莫，小吳，小潘幫我們安排面積偏大的房型，入住多次了，感受到賓至如歸的感覺，服務真的很贊。

可以説是金沙灣這邊最好的酒店，服務好很多，價格不貴，環境及設施都不錯，房間床品都挺乾淨，佈局也蠻舒服，早餐種類豐富，中式西式品種都有，還有現場純手工拉麪，味道一級棒，表揚一下前台Alice、Ella和curry服務態度很好，辦理入住快速且高效，介紹酒店也介紹的很詳細，還幫忙升級房間，有需求都儘量幫忙滿足，很棒，極力推薦這家酒店👍👍

非常超預期，攜程當日預訂的正好有個優惠499，還升級了海景房，給了最高層的，景色絕美。裝修雖然不是最新潮的，但用的料都是真豪華。房間面積也很大，獨立衣帽間。早餐很用心，有豆花，日式雞蛋卷，沙拉的素菜也是分類好的。

剛踏入酒店，小菊就滿臉笑容地迎了上來，熱情地幫我們拿行李，辦理入住手續時，她耐心地為我們介紹酒店的各項設施與服務，每一個細節都不放過，讓我們對接下來的住宿充滿期待。 住店期間，小吳的服務更是令人印象深刻。我們退房後有遺留了物品，小吳得知後，立刻致電告知我們並進行郵寄回，前後不過幾分鐘，高效又貼心。 而文詩在餐飲方面給了我們很大的驚喜。當我們詢問當地美食推薦時，文詩不僅詳細地介紹了各種特色菜餚，還貼心地根據我們的口味偏好給出了建議。他們從始至終都真誠地對待我們，用專業的服務和積極的態度，為酒店增添了一抹亮色，也讓我們的旅程更加愉快難忘。真心感謝他們，期待下次還能在此享受這樣的優質服務！

酒店地理位置很好，在市中心，夜景也很美。晚上在酒店餐廳吃飯，菜的味道和擺盤都不錯。房間空間寬敞，設施齊全，很舒服。早餐品種比較豐富，味道也不錯。酒店給我們安排了好樓層，風景很正的海景房，在此表示謝意！晚上温差稍大，酒店還給我們安排了電暖器，在此也表示謝意！會推薦給朋友

服務：一級棒！不愧為星級酒店，服務實在太貼心，每位工作人員都是笑眯眯的，很用心工作。因為連續住2個晚上，第二天早餐的工作人員居然還記得我的習慣，幫打了咖啡！從進門的禮賓，前台的接待，房間的房務，還有餐廳和38樓的行政層的服務都很贊！ 房間：這次定的是海景雙床房，一線海景，可惜沒有海景陽台房。房間很乾凈整潔，連浴缸位置都是海景～ 餐飲：早餐的選擇非常豐富，款式偏西式，中式也有部分選擇，味道非常不錯。38樓的全海景下午茶也很好！ 環境：酒店過個馬路就是金沙灣，地理位置一級棒。而且臨近聖誕，酒店聖誕節的氣氛非常濃了！非常適合拍照打卡！

經常入住了，每次訂了房間都有客服管家提前電話確認行程，提前安排好房間，到店就直接身份證登記，前台小吳，小唯辦理入住手續超級快，笑容又好，退房時候小儀服務非常貼心，問了有沒有開車，幫忙減免費用，有任何問題都會第一時間幫忙處理，下次還來入住的。

最近入住了湛江花園酒店，小吳服務很好棒，辦理入住速度炒雞快，體驗非常棒！ 位置十分便利，周邊交通便捷，出行無憂。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。 酒店服務也很周到，工作人員熱情友好，響應及時。 早餐豐富多樣，味道可口。 總之，強烈推薦這家酒店！下次還會選擇這裏。
