Had a great stay at Niranapa Boutique Resort! The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-designed, making for a comfortable experience. The location is super convenient, with easy access to Kata Beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

This hotel is extraordinary. Very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, we just slept contentedly all day. Our room has no view, but we are still satisfied. This place is instagrammable and quiet new. Suitable for shooting beautiful dresses. 2 stars for the restaurant not so yummy food, The waitress was very slow and rude. Give us different bills from our family. Crazy my sister was shocked. 🙊Even if you don't tell them, they know how to separate the bills. 😅 AA

Which is very good experience in Phuket and drive us a relax and chill vibes. The breakfast offering incredible food and service, give me an energetic and pleasant experience. I love the place and the atmosphere

I think this hotel was a little underwhelming, unfortunately my experience isn’t how it’s being marketed. It’s okay but not exactly somewhere you can ‘retreat’. The location is good, next to a 7/11 and they offer free shuttles to the beach. The room is quite clean but they have a drainage problem. The room has a strong sewage smell which they try to mask with essential oils. The facilities also didn’t live up to expectations, I didn’t see any morning exercise classes and the pool “bar” was practically empty. Half way through my stay they started doing renovations in the daytime (10-4) which is quite distracting. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud during the day speaking to each other across the hallway. I did enjoy their breakfast, I think it had a wide range and was worth it. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really nice, great location, newly built so very aesthetically pleasing. The service was terrible, the hotel is very under staffed you have to inform house keeping to clean your room everyday, one day they only cleaned the room at 16:00.

Very good and new hotel! Great rooms, good location close to Kata Noi beach One big disadvantage: breakfast. It is pretty food but everything is very very cold aver time (omelets, all eggs and etc)

Very clean and spacious hotel located in Kuta! Breakfast was exception with a wide spread of variety that changes everyday.

Very new, modern and I would say clean overall. There is also a shuttle bus to Kata Beach which helps when it was too hot to walk Major issue for this hotel are the untrained staff by the reception. We waited for over an hour for check in, we even felt they have forgotten us. They got overwhelmed when it was not a lot of guests at the time. They also asked for a cash deposit. They should state this so we could have prepared and got more cash before arriving in Phuket. We have booked for 4 rooms for a business team bonding trip. Each room we need to deposit cash of 2k baht and was told that they can only release that at the last day. So they expect that you will be able to use that cash at the last day which was inconvenient.

Cool looking hotel and got everything you need. The location is perfect! Some minor things can be improved, like cleaning and room service.

Beautiful and cozy hotel. Convenient location. Just turning off the main road, you feel calm and secluded. The hotel management is trying to correct all the shortcomings and problems. We also managed to visit the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, beautiful and quickly served. The hotel building is only three floors, for me this is a big plus. there are not many people in the hotel, although it is fully populated. I liked my stay, I would like to come back here again
