Attended a US Military Ball hosted and catered at your beautiful hotel. We stayed the night in one of your suites and our room was so nice. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Clean and great hotel! A bit pricy but the hotel is very fancy but my option did not have breakfast included.

They did not have the aircon on so they told us to open the windows. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable there. We went for an event that was planned months in advanced but they ran out of the food so we did not get all the courses we were supposed to get.

It’s a hotel that I have been visiting since 2006. The service is getting worse and worse to be honest. This time during the stay, I had to change room at 1:00 A.M. due to electronic panel issue… Can’t believe this kind of incident could happen in a five star hotel.

대구에서는 가장 규모가 크고 시설이 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만, 객실 및 메인 로비와 주차장이 멀어서 불편하네요. 객실은 편안했고 청소상태도 비교적 깨끗하였습니다. 편안하고 아늑한 숙박이었습니다. 감사합니다.

대구에서는 이 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티 여기 만한곳이 없지 않을까 싶어요 대구 사람 이지만 옛날부터 가 보고 싶었지만 30년만에 가 보네요 생각한만큼 좋았고 재 방문 하고 싶습니다!

기대없이 예약했는데 대만족입니다. 대구 최초 5성급호텔 이라네요. 객실도 좋았고 조식이 완전 최고입니다 산채길도 아담하게 잘 조성 되어 있어요. 단, 직원들이 무표정 친절하지 않아 깜짝 놀랐습니다..

이 호텔 때문에 대구 놀러간다고 말할 수 있어요. 애들 놀리기에 좋은 수영장과 깔끔한 객실, 다 마음에 들어요~~ 올 가을에 또 갈까 합니다~~

대구에 갈때마다 항상 인터불고에서 숙박합니다. 합리적인 가격에 청결한 시설, 멋진 뷰와 친절한 응대까지 언제나 만족스럽습니다. 다음번 대구여행도 벌써 기대됩니다.

객실은 청결한 편이었는데, 화장실이 투명유리라서 안쪽에서 블라인드로 가려야 하는 부분이 불편. 뷔페가 유명해서 조식을 기대하고 갔는데, 맛은 좋았지만 요리 종류가 너무 적어서 아쉬웠음. 기타 시설이나 서비스 부분은 만족스러웠음.

5성급 맞나요? 청결최악 밤 10시에 체크인 했는데 늦게왔다고 요청한 가드도 없다함 아기가드가 없었으면 여기 선택한 이유가 없다하니 부랴부랴 찾아줌 그냥 귀찮아서 안할걸로 밖에 안보임 입실 후 먼지와 생수패트병 방치 1박당 25만원의 갑어치 하는지 진심의문 재방문의사 없음
