Hotel is very clean and fully facilities. The staffs are very kind, helpful and they provide the best service. The place is quiet and perfect. There have very good wifi .We can order food which is very delicious and clean. I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

We were welcomed with a room upgrade! The hotel is quiet, with no turists in the neighbouring area, only locals. We enjoyed it but it would have been far from everything without renting a scooter/a car/organize a taxi. There is a big gym very close to the Hotel. Service was good, with friendly receptionist/owner AND cat. The room was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the terrace and the hills view. The bathroom was also good.

Nice place to visit, I love the colors of this place and love to talk to Mr.Wang. Al so not forget to mention the Black Cat who came to take care us at the lobby.

A wonderful stay in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere! The hotel exudes warmth, not least thanks to the sweet cats that bring smiles everywhere. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a high level of comfort. I would gladly return anytime – highly recommended!

Clean and hygienic, quiet in a busy area, the service attitude is particularly good, especially the hotel secretary Jacky will take the initiative to help clean the bathtub 👍The location is in the village, but it is very convenient to go anywhere with a motorcycle

I booked it by accident for one night. There was a Chinese receptionist. It was very quiet, clean and tidy. It is the best choice for accommodation when you come to Phuket. It is convenient to take a taxi. The same environment is much cheaper than the three major beaches.

It's the room I like. The service is very good, especially the girl in the photo, who is very gentle and polite.

We booked two rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is quite old. The actual appearance is quite different. Our room downstairs has a view of the swimming pool. The room door is not good. It takes a long time to open and close. We informed the staff but they did not help. We will have to keep trying. The room smells musty. We can't get a refund after booking, so we have to endure it. Our solution is to remove the air conditioner and clean it ourselves. It is dusty and thick. It is like our life has been cleaned before. We are curious and very sad. But after cleaning, it is better. We went to Grace and it is empty. The musty smell is gone. We survived. They did not clean, did not refill paper or water. But if you ask for it, the room next door smells like cigarettes when you leave the room. Another room of the children and grandchildren, the second floor room has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. The door is locked but it seems like it is not locked. We have to push hard to lock it. We did not feel very safe but we got through each day. However, on the second day of our stay, the staff started cleaning the area around the hotel. There is food and coffee for sale, but we did not try it. We went to eat local food. There are only 3 parking spaces in front. But overall it's okay, not too bad, acceptable. End of review Suggestion I'd like the hotel to clean the air conditioner, it would be great. You can also fill the toilet paper with water and leave it in front of the room. Pros: The bed is big and soft.
